My wife and I flew in to San Jose for the U2 Concert which was held at the SAP Center. Our experience at the SAP Center was Excellent and would recommend this venue to everyone. The venue had great seats, food and beverages for everyone's liking plus enough staff for security purposes. Thumbs up.

Saw U2 last night at the S A P center and it was great, the music was load and the place was full. Like all venues it was packed and took a while to get out of the parking lot.

The SAP center in Palo Also is one of the most impressive tech centers in The Valley. A place to go if you are a high-tech geek!

Have been to three major concerts at SAP and will not go again. The acoustics are very poor with echoing sound more suited to a sports stadium than concert hall. It is an ice hockey stadium and it shows. Lines of sight for the stage can be poor particularly if you are about level with the stage front on either... More

We had no trouble finding parking ($20.00) within walking distance and it was fairly easy leaving after the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony. Do not recommend parking whiz because some friends paid and could not find the parking place. They ended up parking with us. The employees were very friendly and the we enjoyed the experience. It was nicer than... More

My wife gets me to buy two Barry Manilow tickets from Goldstar, in the second deck section for $40 apiece, two weeks before the event. My ex-wife is even more of die hard Barry Manilow fan. Cheapskates run in the family, even ex-family, as the ex's seats are also in the second deck, but on the opposite side of the... More

Maybe the event I attended didn't bring the best out of the arena and maybe a home San Jose Large Fish game would be bring it to life but I thought it was average, not bad but not that good. Food stands were just ok but expensive. Certainly not a patch on MSG or the Staples Center

SAP Center was one of the best things that ever happened to downtown San Jose. Amazingly, it does not present a traffic problem. Parking rate is high. I've only attended one Shark's game, just too brutal for me, however, this is a great venue for concerts - Streisand, Pavarotti, Jagger, you name it, they've played here. Enough restaurants in the... I was in a suite, so the food and beverages (including alcohol) were comped. Awesome view, great atmosphere. The Sharks won, so a great day.
