Good place to walk, ride bicycles, run, but if you have other place to go, go to other place. Not so god.

I did the whole length of this trail with my 2-year old (in stroller), in two separate trips. Our entry point was Coleman ave. North of Coleman it's more of a nature hike through some dry (drought) lands. We did not see a single other kid/stroller, just a few bikers and runners. It was nice to get out and on... More

This is a large park that is along the Guadalupe River area. There are playground areas for the kids (note-one such place is by the SAP arena area in downtown San Jose,) There are walking paths. Its just so nice to have a park that you can walk/run through that wanders through the San Jose downtown area. There are picnic... More

It's not just the statue .. it is symbol of prestige and pride for Indians .... The statue of Great Maratha warrior "Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj" .. the only of its kind in entire north America ......a visit to this place gives new energy , new confidence and new strength to the Indians .. it is just like a visit to... Close to downtown hotels this paved/cement path through the park along the sides of the Guadalupe River is wonderful. My only complaint is that the path just suddenly ends about 1.5 miles to the north and .5 to the south. There may be a way to cross river and keep going but I didn't explore. I hope the trail gets... This is a fantastic place to go for a run or a walk. Its dog friendly as far as i know. Avoid night time as this trail is also home to lots of the neighborhood people.

I ran from a hotel (Marriott Courtyard) near the airport. I wouldn't reco this for lone female runners. Pretty desolate and I encountered a few strange ppl. I ran really fast once I realized I was probably out of my element. It's a worth a trip to Los Gatos for a run--

I went here for a field trip on April Fools day, and let me tell you: My classmates and I were all disappointed. The Guadalupe River itself was pretty murky and littered, thanks to camping hobos. The whole time we were looking for some attraction, but it was pretty much a little patch of grassland, big murky river, dried up... More
