Nice local zoo for toddlers 2 to 5. Could have more animals. A little spread out. Easy to find and park.

I'd enjoyed my previous visit, so this summer when Happy Hollow hosted Senior Safari Days, 2 friends and I went. Seniors were admitted an hour early, given free admission and free parking. We learned about 4 animals that we could touch as well as see at a "Meet and Greet the Animals." The park provides lots of shade so even... More

The park is beautifull, has everything for the family (children and teens) to have fun for the day. There are many activities as well. We had our grandchild's birthday in one of the areas they rent and makes it super special for everyone. Have fun.

For a local attraction in the bay this is a good place. Gilroy gardens had lots more rideas but this location is really close to the heart of Silicon valley. The parakeet feeding show was lame compared to San Diego zoo but the puppet theatre makes up for this. The rides are okay and the mini Rollercoaster is fun.

Happy Hollow has been around since the 1960's and in the last few years. It is divided into two parts, for one entrance price: a Children's Zoo and a wonderful play area that is HUGE. The City of San Jose recently invested in refurbishing both parks (the zoo and play area) . At the zoo, our favorite is the lemars... More

I never knew this even existed, despite having lived in the area before and multiple visits to San Jose. This is a fun little zoo and park, probably best for kids 10 yrs old or younger. Admission is inexpensive, in comparison to other parks around.
