This play ground, little zoo, sweet rides, and puppet shows is the perfect place to visit with kids under about 8. There are also fun camps for older kids. The cafe is convenient and reasonably priced. This park was recently remodeled and the rides were given a face lift but it retained the sweet simple atmosphere.

We visited family in San Jose and figured it would be great to visit the "zoo". There are some animals like monkeys but they are more like pets to me for example chicken, turkey, sheep, birds etc. I would just call it amusement park instead of zoo. It is easy to walk around and clean. Great for our one and... More

A perfect place to spend the day with little ones. There's a small zoo, a petting zoo, puppet shows, children friendly rides, large jungle gym, and open spaces to run around. The food court is lacking in choices, and there is only one place to buy food. Convenient parking. I suggest pack your own and have a picnic.

Yes, you can spend whole day here. Food is good too. We also get discounts with membership on foods. If you have not visited this place, I recommend to take your family.

If you have a toddler or toddler to be that needs to be entertained and run around, Happy Hollow if a great place to go. Danny the Dragon is a favorite for all the kids and the price is inexpensive for the entertainment value. We are local and bought a membership and recommend the parking pass if you get a... More

Fun zoo. Lots to see and do. Great for younger kids. Food and souvenirs available for purchase. Rides included in price of admission. My two year old granddaughter loved it!

We've been here a couple times now and it's a great place for kids. It's got little rides, petting zoo, puppet shows and all kinds of animal interactions, all in a pristine park-like setting. There aren't a ton of animals, but for younger children it's a great experience.

We brought our 2 year old grandson here and he had a great time, although some of the play structures were a little too big for him. Optimum age would probably be 4-7. There are rides, slides and play equipment, farm animals, and wild animals. It is a smaller park--ideal for younger children. Bring quarters to buy animal feed in... More

My father used to take my sister and I to Happy Hollow in the 1960s'. We have splendid memories. My husband and I like to go there now to visit the zoo, which has a wonderful collection, and is also small enough to wander through in an hour or two. Of course, one can linger at the petting zoo or... More

I went here as a little kid and tell all my friends to bring their kids here! Such a great place! You can go for a couple hours to the whole day but the kids will be ready for nap time right after! They have a petting zoo, some shows, and a playground! It's a must for the little ones!... More
