My wife and I spent a couple of hours strolling down Santana Row this past Sunday doing some window shopping and enjoying some pastries from one of the shops. The crowd wasn't as bad as I expected, and the setting is very charming. There was live music, plenty of places to sit for a few minutes, and of course plenty... More

Santana row is mostly one street, one plaza and two intersections that attempts to replicate the feel and look of a european city. It is laced with upscale boutiques, shops and restaurants and crowded with pretentious yuppies. exoect to spend a pretty penny if you decude to shop or dine there, it is however plessant ti strill around as long... Santana Row offers a mix of brand name shops, local boutiques, restaurants, spas and salons, CineArts movie theatre, and the boutique hotel Hotel Valencia. It's a very pleasant and charming place to visit.

We have been staying at Santana Row for a few months now, working and eating out and shopping. Its a little microcosim of top quality shops, restaurants and is attached to the Westfirld Shopping mall full of more top shops and restaurants. At first I was rather put off by the fake European town effect in the surrounding buildings and... More

This place is a little strip that seems to come to live, in a place that is kind of lifeless anywhere outside of the area. San Jose really did bore me to death, and this strip is not so lively until it hits Thursday through Saturday. That place comes to life at night, and it's pretty packed during the day,... More

This is a street with two narrow lanes in each direction separated by a wide island in the middle where restaurants could be found. The apartment buildings on both sides of the street are very European and tastefully done. The shops and restaurants make for a very nice stroll. It is also across the street from another high end mall... More

One of my Dad's close friend picked us up from the hotel we were staying and took us to a few sight seeing places in San Jose. One of them was the Sanata Row. He explained to us that this Santana Row is built in European Style and is a typical French style out-door shopping street and a brief history... More

One the nicest shopping venues I have been to in a while. Made the early Saturday morning trip just as stores were opening. Parking was easy and we had a pastry and coffee with the locals as we watched two gentlemen play a game of chess on the oversized game board. A beautiful morning. Thankfully we decided to leave before... More

Upscale shopping found here- all the way up to Gucci (with a city policeman stationed out front!). A bit to rich for my pocket- at the end of my week vacation, but it made for nice browsing. The street has very limited traffic- so it was nice and quite. The patrons are well dressed. You feel safe here. The city... More

I visited this place on Nov. 2014, my friend used to live beside it so it was a walking distance from her place. I liked the place since it's quiet and you can find lots of stores for people who are interested in shopping, and also lots of restaurants to dine in. I liked the atmosphere in general and they...
