I have heard about Santana Row as a place to visit. I didn't know it was only shopping. I don't recommend it as a sight to see. If you want to shop, that is the place but don't expect any economical options as they all seemed to be on the expensive side. But it is pretty. There is a tea... More

This is a beautiful outdoor shopping and dining experience. Although most offerings are on the expensive side, there are many options Restaurants are varied in flavor and decor. There is a lovely wine bar, full sized chess set, and often fun events at the center promenade. My personal preference is an afternoon lunch at one of the sidewalk bistros and... More

My favorite place in San Jose! It's a place my boyfriend and I frequent. All the great restaurants are here. Stores and food are pricey, but worth it!

A great outdoor shopping area - similar to the Promenade in Santa Monica but with a European flair. We would have loved to have had more time to wander in and out of shops and stop at the wine bar.

We visited Santana Row on a weekend in late March 2015 when visiting the San Jose area. Mainly we just wanted to walk around and check the place out (because we had heard it was cool). While we were there, we figured we would get some lunch and dinks and make an afternoon of it. So that is what we... More

Three blocks to walk and see nice shops and restaurants. I went there on a week night and there was no so many people but there are plenty of places to eat.

My wife and I spent a couple of hours strolling down Santana Row this past Sunday doing some window shopping and enjoying some pastries from one of the shops. The crowd wasn't as bad as I expected, and the setting is very charming. There was live music, plenty of places to sit for a few minutes, and of course plenty... More

Santana row is mostly one street, one plaza and two intersections that attempts to replicate the feel and look of a european city. It is laced with upscale boutiques, shops and restaurants and crowded with pretentious yuppies. exoect to spend a pretty penny if you decude to shop or dine there, it is however plessant ti strill around as long...
