Course in great shape

They fixed all the bunkers. It was a hot day, but they had more water stations than any course I can think of. The greens are in good shape and so are the fairways and tee boxes... read more

I played the Tournament Course last Saturday and found the course to be in excellent shape. The greens were fast and true and the fairways and rough were cut right. This is NOT an easy course (I carry a 17 handicap), but it is fun. Beware of the last couple of holes, especially when the wind comes up!

They fixed all the bunkers. It was a hot day, but they had more water stations than any course I can think of. The greens are in good shape and so are the fairways and tee boxes. Today I played the Valley Course because they had a golf &I grub deal for $55 including $10 discount for food. I have... More

This is a lovely course. Quite challenging and picturesque. The greens and fairways are in excellent condition. Buggies have GPS and there's water at several holes which is good in the California heat. 17th and 18th are stunning.

Played in a tournament here and the course was perfect. Fast and hard. Beautiful on both courses. Fun to see the "coyotes" on the course, and getting to see a bobcat scuttling along with prey in his mouth was wonderful.

My husband played two enjoyable rounds at Coyote Creek. He golfed here last year in July while visiting the area and really liked the course.

Let me start off with this is a beautiful course. I played the Tournament course from the Blues, which is fairly long at over 6600 yards. I loved the layout. Nice mix of longer hols, some forced carries, some wide open holes. Greens were rolling true, if just a tad slow. Fairways we lush, with very few bare or thin... More

I have played this course twice. I will never play a Jack Nicklaus course ever again. IMHO this type design is the major reason play nationally is down. Way too difficult for the average golfer; rough, greens, bunkers, creeks, slope etc are just too much. Lost 9 balls to the Tiger Salamander environmentally sensitively rough. $1000 fine if you go... Played as a single and got paired with another single and couple. The Valley Course was in good shape especially considering the sever drought here now. The tee boxes and fairways were all well maintained and in good shape. The greens were excellent and ran true. I'm not sure why others have knocked this course as boring as I found... More

Hi gang, I decided to complete the "bifecta" of playing both courses at Coyote Creek in San Jose, Ca. Having already played the Championship course 2 yrs ago, I availed myself to play the Valley Course. I paid $60 w/GPS cart (Sr rates apply for playing either course). Unfortunately it was 95 deg out there but a comfortable breeze felt... More

There are 2 courses here; I played the easier and slightly less expensive Valley Course. The Tournament Course is longer, more difficult and use to host a PGA Champions Tour event. The staff was friendly and polite. The course design is fairly flat and open, for the most part what you see is what you get. There isn't much hidden... More
