I've golf here a handful of times. It's a fantastic value, usually pay $24 for 18 holes. Sometimes the greens are not as well kept as some courses, but to be honest the price you pay and the view you get is completely worth it! It's a really fun course with different challenges at each hole. I visit Shorecliffs everytime... More

This course has come a long ways in the last 25 years. I play here often as it is the cheapest course in Orange County. I can remember when the fairway on hole 16 was so sparse they put practice pads in the fairway so you could move your ball from the dirt to the practice pad for your next... More

it starts with the dingy clubhouse, then the driving range is in shambles. the course makes no sense, and there are terribly wet and dry spots all over the place. you get to drive under the freeway thru an open sewer. Are you getting the picture yet? This does not deserve being called a golf course. It is a disaster... More

This has the best prices for golf and it is not an easy one to play, the greens are in great shape and there are some really interesting holes to bring your A game to. This is one of few courses that will allow you to play nine holes only if you need to and has an early bird special... More

Interesting little course tucked away in San Clemente. Place is pretty affordable, good twilight rate that starts at about 3 I think. The course itself isn't in the greatest shape. Some of the holes are pretty dried out, some of the tee boxes are in pretty bad shape. However there are some fun holes, the food at the grill is... More

The course plays along both sides of a river run-off from the hills to the ocean, so can be treacherous. Again, keep it straight and you'll get plenty of run in the fairways. The greens are superb, always manicured, and know your putts will run true. Taro, the Dir. of Golf, is a great guy and ensures the golf operations... More

I've played this track for 20 years, and it's rough around the edges, but it will kick your be-hind if you don't place your shots. Lots of trouble, some very tight fairways, and unforgiving greens. Bring your A game, because even though this place is rough and doesn't have a lot of polish, it is one tough golf course. Long... More

This golf course is a great value. It's a no-frills type of place but there are plenty of great views and nice elevation change throughout the track. It's a fun place to play and it will challenge players of all skill levels. You won't regret spending a few hours chasing the ball here.

I have golfed at Shorecliffs for years. It's a laidback course with players of various skill levels. The atmosphere is relaxed in the clubhouse. Joe, the bartender, is a nice guy who pours a great gin and tonic. There are plenty of TVs in the clubhouse so you can watch sports while you tally your scores and square your bets.... More

I want to like this place because they are nice people, and, I am more or less local. However, I am afraid that Shorecliffs is past its prime and has seen better days. OK if you want to play a round alone, but it is not the place to take out of towners. I give it two stars because three... More
