This is one of those places you never get tired of going to, you need to get there early especially in the summer as its crowded but worth waiting for. We usually get a mixture of things from the menu and share, they have special deals on meals until I think 6pm weekdays. The view is the best, just sitting... More

The San Clemente Pier gives you a nice place to walk around, buy a cup of coffee and stroll down the pier to the end. There's fishermen to chat with and the local surfers are plentiful, although there isn't much surf to speak of. Seems like it would be a good place to start learning though. The ocean is always... San Clemente is a beautiful town along the coast. The views are spectacular and the pier is great. We got homemade clam chowder on the pier that was delicious. We loved the view and music playing. Only downside is the large amount of pigeons, but if you ignore them, its no big deal.

The small town of San Clemente has a great feel. We love the Fourth of July celebration, fireworks off the Pier...a must see!

When you walk the pier, talk to the fishermen....they love showing off their catch. Loved the ocean breeze and sights and sounds of the ocean. I now live in Colorado and very much miss the ocean. Grab a cup of coffee and begin your walk. I gazed at the birds in flight and turned my attention to the local surfers... More

Awesome beach! Great restaurant, had the Seafood Benedict...delicious!! I really like how the metro stops right on it. Makes for a gas saving adventure for the day. :) Definitely doing this more often!

The pier doesn't have a lot of offer in the way of shopping or dining (only 1 restaurant at the beginning), but it more than makes up for it with the view. Lots of surfers and a great view of the coast. Sunsets are beautiful and there is a trail that runs along the beach that's perfect for a stroll... More

The Beach was beautiful and clean, and we had a nice little stroll along the Pier. Watched the Sun go down on the Pier, and it was awesome.
