Organic winery with a decent tasting experience.

Stopped at this winery as part of the Platypus Wine tour. The setting is very quaint. I love seeing farm animals on sight. This is a very small winery but they seem to be trying... read more

This winery claim to fame is Elvis had visited and they have a goat by the same name. Besides being the first winery to go solar, I can't say much more. The wines were just ok... I'd recommend another winery if you are limited on time when visiting Napa.

Stopped at this winery as part of the Platypus Wine tour. The setting is very quaint. I love seeing farm animals on sight. This is a very small winery but they seem to be trying to be too much to too many. There are a few things about this tasting experience that could be so much better. A list of... More

Not all wine is for everyone and the wines of Casa Nuestra were my least favorite on the day we visited with Platypus Tours. We had a group of 13 on the tour and overall, the least amount of wine was purchased here. Cory, our host, was phenomenal and certainly spent a great deal of time with our group. I... More

Don't miss. Small family operated winery hearkens back to a less pretentious time. Great wines, I like their reds especially. They have a nice outdoor area that is great to sit and sip.

Everything about this winery we loved. It just totally connected with us. The small production (only 2500 cases / year), the story of how the vineyard started, the people who work there..the entire culture and methodology of why they do what they do..and that they do NOT want to be this big box, impersonal winery. Loved it. Joined the club.... More

My wife and I went here on the advice of a local winery worker. We were the only ones there, so we had the undivided attention of the man on duty that day. He was very knowledgable about their products and the history and culture of the winery. We particularly enjoyed the Savignon Blanc, but they had wine made from... More

We went here with Platypus tours, and had a great tasting and explanation of the wine making process. The two goats in the yard added to the ambiance of the location.

The last of six wineries we visited in two days, and we saved the best for last. Our favorite place that we found accidentally-on-purpose. My husband had been here many years before but couldn't remember its name. So happy we stumbled upon it again. Beautiful, down to earth, laid back, and not pretentious in any way. We bought all 5... We had an amazing day at Casa Nuestra Winery today. We had three generations ranging from 9 months to 58. Everyone had a great time. The picnic area was beatiful and the wine was wonderful. We had to buy some to take home. We really enjoyed meeitng the people who work at the winery. It was great to hear about... More

Make sure to call to reserve an appointment for a tasting before you go, they won't see you otherwise! But you should call, great wines (strong wines ;-) ) and very personal, informed staff that are happy to share their story and processes about their wines. Robin was great, so full of energy and informative. Great experience!
