One of our best tasting experience in our Napa trip. Unlike other vineyards where you just mill around the counter or find yourself a seat in the courtyard, here you are seated at your own table. A jar of cheese sticks is offered for palate cleansing. Instead of reusing the same glass, there's a line up of glasses so I... More

We went there with another couple we were vacationing with and had a great experience. Our friends are wine club members here so we were treated to a wonderful tasting of some of the most jaw dropping cabs I have ever tasted. It's amazing how good high-end wines can taste. I will remember the experience for a long time to... More

Went to Duckhorn for afternoon visit. The patio with the views is so relaxing and nice. We aren't red drinkers and their tasting is unfortunately all reds so our server was so lovely and accommodated us with some great white tasting as well as reds as well as gave us a cheese platter on the house... Really went above and... More

We sat outside on a beautiful deck overlooking the vineyards for our tasting. We ended up joining this wine club and truly love Duckhorn wine for it's depth of flavors. This was one of our favorite tastings and we received great personal service.

A great way to kick off several days in wine country. Our server (Lauyen) was awesome with lots of extra pours. Very knowledgeable.

We went to four wineries on our recent visit to Napa and Duckhorn was, by far, our favorite. Wonderful setting, very quiet to enjoy wine on a beautiful porch. Our wine server, Jacqueline, was one of the best I've seen. Very talented and friendly lady. We will definitely be back. Duckhorn fans for sure.

While I did enjoy the beautiful winery and the good wine, I could not rate better because of the greeting we received upon arrival. We drove out of our way to stop here and were greeted with a snotty hostess who chastised us for not making reservations when it was still quite early and not busy. When she decided to... More

My first California wine tasting was at Duckhorn in 2013 and we just returned for another visit that was just as fabulous and memorable as the first! Jacqueline was our wine educator and she was great - very knowledgeable about the wines, passionate in their description and made the experience more fun. We love the wines, house, ambience and outdoor... More

There are many wineries that offer tastings, of course. My view is that Duckhorn is the best. You can be seated either inside or outside, with outside heaters if the day is cool. An array of four wine stems will greet you, with each accompanied by a small label describing each respective wine. Additional detail will be provided by your... More

Presently (1/10/15), the Duckhorn tasting room is under construction but that didn't affect our experience. We were greeted by a very pleasant woman who explained the construction and the limited tasting area. The sav blanc they started us off with was nice and refreshing. Then a gentleman showed us around the grounds. It was a beautiful, sunny afternoon. He was... More
