We did a tour and barrel tasting at this winery. Buddy was an excellent host. The tour was informative and the grounds and facility are beautiful. The barrel tasting was one of the most interesting aspects of our 3 day visit to Napa Valley. Tasting 2 vintages of the same varietal was quite an education. I would recommend this to... More

I enjoyed the time that we spent at the Charles Krug winery. I felt like the wine here was slightly better than another vineyard that we tried. The building is beautiful. There were some really pretty, shaded grounds around the building, but I felt like they were a bit under-utilized by the vineyard. I would have liked to have spent... More

I had not been here before but decided to try someplace new to me. What a beautiful building and interiors. On weekends there is outdoor pizzas for sale while tasting your wines. A great find!

Great building even better service at the tasting bar. Annette Parks was warm knowledgeable and knew the area and made great recommendations for dinner later that even. Wines were well rounded and stay true to excellence of the Mondavi name. Thanks again Annette Respectfully David Scott

We expected this to be a sparking wine facility, but we really enjoyed their wines and their serving staff. Very beautiful tasting room

We stopped at the Krug Winery on a recent Wine Train tour from Napa. We had a great time. Rebecca was a great tour guide. Her history lesson was very educational and the wines were really good. Thanks for a great afternoon.

We visited to taste some wines and renew our wine club membership but the visit turned into something spectacular. First there was the very special pourer, Jessica, who made every wine special with her personality and gave us a special tour of the cellar and exhibits. The highlight was the arrival of Peter Mondavi and a chance to speak with... More

Last time we were here the tasting room was in an old house that was kind of funky. They have renovated the lovely old building and turned it into a gorgeous tasting room. We were greeted by a friendly woman (I forgot to get her name) who told us about the property. It is part of the Peter Mondavi estate.... More

We stopped at Charles Krug since we were familiar with the brand and it was right on our road. We were not disappointed. They have a beautiful tasting room. Our server actually allowed us to split the tasting between the two of us -- so we paid a single $20 fee and tasted the same wine between us. Worked great!... More

We did the limited release tasting and of course were not disappointed in the quality and taste of wine. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to walk us through all of the wines. We were during off season - but we would imagine during regular season this place will get packed.
