If you are tired of standing like cattle at a trough to taste wine and want to experience what Napa was really like you have to go to this winery. Located close to town it is a delightful spot with pomegranit trees, hummingbirds, an organic garden and delightful people. Jesse was extremely hospitable and the Owner/Winemaker Joan was just a... We had Danielle as our guide at the he vineyard. She was very personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall very sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! This is our fourth Vineyard/wine tasting while in Napa and definitely our favorite. We got to meet the owner Julie as well, who suggested (when we made the reservation) to check out the fatted calf.... More

Love this winery and their wines, excellent selection. We had our wine tasting tour and we had our "bring in" lunch there, tucked away in the vineyard. Enjoyed talking to the owners, and our course, Moose and Boozy. Thanks for great visit and wines!

Wonderful wine tour of this small vineyard. Small group of six of us got personal attention from the owner who is all about the sustainability of wine growing. Among the best wines we have had in over a dozen vineyards on three continents! Need to make reservations in advance. Don't miss this one. Personal enough that Moose, one of the... More

LOVED this winery. It's definitely not one you just pop in, it was set back pretty far from the main road so you have to know where you're going. Danielle took us on a one-on-one tasting and tour, and was just so friendly and interesting to talk to. Julie, the owner, popped in on the tour and said hello, and... More

There is no other winery in Napa Valley better than this! Julie, the owner and wine maker is truly one of the most talented, humble, beautiful women I've ever met...I actually can't think of enough adjectives to describe her! And Ashley??? Wow! Talk about gorgeous and knowledgable...we couldn't get enough of her!!! So, that's just the people...the wine is AWEsome!!!... More

We learned about Tres Sabores from the Zinfandel Advocates and Producers (ZAP) and scheduled a trip to the winery with friends. Julie Johnson is the owner, wine maker, and host extraordinaire. You need an appointment and directions to get there but it is well worth the time. The ranch is dry farmed and organic and the wines are excellent. There... More

We stumbled upon Tres Sabores from a recommendation while at another wine tasting. What a great place to visit. The setting is charming and understated. You drive up a road and then on the a gravel road lined with pomegranate trees to a small guest house with a garden and picnic table outside where you experience the tasting. We also... More

Small winery that is very off the beaten path and requires reservations but soooooo worth it! They are organic, dry farming the grapes and the whole operation is so cool! We had such a lovely afternoon tour. Their wines are exceptional and we ended up buying 12 bottles to have shipped home. Make your reservations and enjoy a laid-back afternoon... More

My wife and I found out about Tres Sabores from our friends Jim and Jamie who run the Inn on First Street in Napa. They said we shouldn't miss this little treasure and they were right! It is a small, intimate winery and we were given a tour of the grounds and tastes of their wines by Jennifer, one of... More
