Our family went to Kuleto estate this past June. We were a group of 10 which was overwhelming to most of the vineyards we went to. But not here. To start off, we did not have excellent directions so we were a bit late. Starting from the CB at the bottom of the road, we knew this place would be... More

We cannot stop talking about our fabulous experience at Kuleto. It is a lovely drive just to arrive at the gate -- once the gate opens and you drive through you are really up on the edge of the hills winding your way to the winery. The building there is just beautiful, and our tasting was set up under the... More

This winery is worth the drive if you love gorgeous vistas, creative architecture, pleasant hospitality and great wine. Take a picnic and plan to stay a while.

A group of my 7 best girl friends and I had the honor of getting an appt at this vineyard for my Bachelorette. I honestly could have sat there all day! The property was simply breathtaking!! We even picked a few lemons from the many surrounding citrus trees and made drinks with them later at the hotel- and the even... More

This is more than a wine tasting, what a fantastic experience! Kuleto has built a whole compound on top of a wonderful mountain, Jonathan was our extraordinary tour guide and gave us a fun and exciting tour of the grounds. This place is located very high up off Silverado trail, leave lots of time to get there, the last two... More

I don't know where to start. I could have spent all day at Kuleto. The views where amazing, the wine was great, and I totally lucked out with great weather. All the tours are my appointment only and very small. I think the largest they said is 14 people, but the two group I saw had 4 people at most.... More

The tour is great, we saw the fermentation room, the room where the barrels are stored and walked around the estate. The vineyard is beautiful and you're free to hang there after the tasting. The tasting is a very good experience, they served five wines and cheese that'd go along. They set it up nicely in an outdoor tasting area... More

Been to Kuleto a few years ago but I just can't get it out of my mind. This place was breathtakingly beautiful. A place you would quit your day job for, just to roam around the vineyards, eat bread and cheese all day, drink the wine, hang out with Pilot the cool dog who has cravings for the IAMS cookies... My wife and I had the privilege of visiting Kuelto in mid October and the winery and grounds are truly stunning, but the passion for wine exhibited by the staff was exemplary. Lois gave us a wonderful tour of the grounds and facility and she was very knowledgable of of their premier wines. David, the winemaker, was kind enough to... More
