It was ok. Good wine, very high prices. No view or anything particularly interesting. We took the wine tour, it was fairly interesting. The barrel room and event space was nice.

Went to this winery at the end of a day of tastings. Couldn't make it across the valley to the winery we'd planned to go to before they closed, so our driver recommended Martini. We were really impressed with the staff, the history of this vineyard, and, most importantly, the wines. Cool tour/tasting and great wines.

We liked this winery but didn't love it. The patio area in the back where we did our tasting was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed the fact that we were able to do it at our own pace on our own. It was a relaxed experience and we did like the wines, but many of them were available in grocery... More

It was at the end of our day and we deciding to stop for one last tasting. We were told that we could go out to the garden and the wine would be brought to us. It was quiet, relaxing and unhurried. Along with the wine, we were brought a bottle of cold water and glasses. The wine was delicious... More

This was our third visit to the winery. We enjoyed a picnic lunch in the very nice garden area while we tasted our wine. We drink LM wine a lot, but being from Pennsylvania we cannot join the wine club due to our rediculous state shipping restrictions. Never the less, the staff was friendly and knowledgable, and we took four... More

Love the wine, but hated the winery. We planned a trip to Napa Valley specifically to go to the Louis M Martini winery and were very disappointed with our experience. We found the staff pretentious and it seemed like they catered to people spending the most money. Guess I need to find another wine to love.

Beware of their wine club: Their wine club benefits state "30% discount on reorders of your wine club shipment for a month following the release." I joined for this benefit and was refused the 30% after my first shipment because they stated "Since the Gnarly Vine Zinfandel is in such high demand, we unfortunately are not extending a 30% discount... The staff here is amazing and the wine too. Went for my birthday with a bunch of gals and even the bread and oil was yummy! Dessert wine is a must here, and the patio too!

On a recent girls' weekend to Napa we stopped at the Louis M. Martini winery In St. Helena because a friend was a wine club member. It was a perfect afternoon and the weather was warm but breazy so we sat on the patio and tasted some wines. The wine was wonderful and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about... More
