This was far and away the finest Wine Tasting we experienced while in Napa Valley. The facility was absolutely spectacular. A must see even if you are not interested in tasting. The Cave tour was luxurious, and the pours were abundant. We must have tasted at least 10 wines at a cost of $40. per person. We loved their 2012... More

We enjoyed ourselves during the 1.5 hour tour of the Venetian caves. We were treated to barrel tasting during the tour and most of the wines were very good. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was definitely a bit on the car salesman side of things, but we were treated well. In fact, he was able to get... More

The servers were very rude and mean. They was nothing to see, and it was not worth the 120 dollars for the two of us. The wine also tasted very bad. It was a toltall waste of time. Has I mentioned before severs were very mean, did not treat us with any respect, and swore a lot. If you have... More

The wine was great. The tour was a blast. Learned a ton about wines and wine making. Definitely worth the time and money.

My husband and I visited the Del Dotto Venetian Caves on a trip to the Napa Valley in April. We went mostly to see the caves, not expecting much from the wines because of the "Del Blotto" nickname and other reviews. We were very pleasantly surprised. Many of the wines were good, maybe not as good as some of the... More

First of all the winery itself looks decent and very pretty from the outside, the inside not so much and I belive they are way over price for a cave tour like this one, and you will see my pictures of why I say this, I went to Cardinale winery and the tasting is $50 no caves but they sure... More

My husband and I visited the winery last weekend. We had previously visited the other location and had a wonderful experience. Sadly, our experience this time around was much different. Our tour guide was friendly, but didn't really seem to know much about wine. In fact, her knowledge and presentation was almost laughable! The tour was very rushed and not... More

We took the cave and barrel tasting tour as it was part of a vacation package we had won in a charity auction. The cave, was not all that interesting and our tour guide was very sloppy pouring the wine in our glasses from the barrel. He was also not very personable or friendly and seemed annoyed about being there.... More

We had the opportunity to take the cave tour tasting many of the wine futures. The staff was great and treated us as if we were VIP's. While on the tour we got to meet up with Dave Del Dotto the owner and founder of the winery. Such a great time, we will be going back again since each visit... More

We did two days in Napa with another couple and optimized for rich experiences. We loved Del Dotto. The cave experience is worth it but less because of the caves and barrels but the learning about the influences of various oak barrels with the wine. Marc as our host and was fantastic. This is one not to miss.
