Great wines here, and amazing caves! We tasted from barrels, had reserve wines and learned a lot about this interesting winery that straddles Napa and Sonoma, literally right thru the winery you will find the county line! If a nice day, bring lunch and eat in the vineyards at the picnic table, the views are wonderful on a clear day... More

Jason was our host and guide. After a warm and personal reception, he delivered an amusing and knowledgable string of anecdotal stories as we were presented with an array of different vintage wines from this hilltop winery. The caves are impressive and given that the tour only lasts 45 minutes, we were impressed with the amount of information that was... More

Phenomenal wines at Pride Mountain Winery, and superb customer service. Scott was our tour guide, extremely knowledgeable, and showed us their wine caves and discussed history and Napa Valley winemaking. We purchase several bottles, and are intrigued by the winery straddling the boundary between Sonoma and Napa Valley. A 5-star visit, at the top 2200 feet of Spring Mountain -... More

This review is long overdue. Yes, Paris was romantic...as were the Alps, Champagne, Italy, little villages along the Baltic Sea, the Caribbean, etc. . . But among my husband and my favorite romantic memories was our private picnic on top of Pride Mountain Vineyards. Our picnic fare was beautifully tucked into a large picnic basket. Pride took it upon themselves... More

Beautiful grounds and a great cave. Really enjoyed the tour and the tasting. We only had one day in Napa and this was one of four wineries we visited. I would return again.

As owners of The Gables Wine Country Inn in Sonoma County, it is our job to be good concierges for our guests, so we seek out the best wineries with the best experiences. Pride Mountain certainly fits our criteria. The wines are lovely, the grounds magnificent and the view is spectacular. They are uniquely situated between Napa and Sonoma Counties.... More

The drive up the mountain is surely worth it to visit this exceptional winery. If you can - request Jay Herbert. He has to be one of the sharpest minds in the business. He is smart, so knowledgeable about the wine making business and he has a great personality. We really enjoy our time with him. The tour is great... More

This place is amazing. The view and the picnic area is great too. However you must take part in a guided tour. The guides are very friendly and know a lot about wine. The wines are fantastic and you must buy a couple of bottles before you leave. Unfortunately it is very difficult to get Pride Wine here in Germany.
