The service was fantastic! Complimentary no charge tasting, no pretentious at all, buckets of nibbly things to try....bought a risling, a vanilla and gig balsamic vinegar and a wonderful raspberry mustard dipping sauce. Loved this place!

Wine I can buy at Rite-Aid or CVS! Don't bother! Our tour bus took us here. Waste of time if you enjoy good wines.

We visited the tasting room. The offerings were very nice. The guide was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves and would go back when in the area.

There isn't a ton to extrapolate on to patrons choosing to visit the Sutter Home winery in St. Helena (Napa Valley), California. As one of the major producers of inexpensive, lighter wines in the United States, visitors should know what to expect on a taste level when doing a tasting. Tastings are free, and if you visit early or late,... More

I am never going back... The only winery that asked for our IDs and wouldn't serve a person that was 65 years because they didn't that their ID! Horrible service!

My wife and I visited the Sutter Home tasting room a couple of years ago and we were so impressed with it that we decided to try it again on a recent trip to the wine country. The tasting is free and the staff are very friendly. Generally, I avoid Sutter Home wine when dining out as it is not... More

Stopped at Sutter a home winery on the way home from visiting one of the more upscale vineyards (big bucks for tour and tasting). I am not a wine afficianado so if you are a wine snob stop reading now. The tasting at Sutter home was free, but what really shined were the friendly staff, especially Katie. Welcomed us, explained... More

Its Sutter Home- its affordable and drinkable-fill your wine racks- pair it with a hot dog-who cares-enough with the wine snobbery. The tasting room is free

We visited this winery on a wine tour that we were on. It is a beautiful estate however our experience there has left a permanent bad taste in my mouth. We arrived with our tour of about 60 people – and were given several tastings in the front room. It was a good variety and it looked like a beautiful... More
