Great place to hone your skills. Beautiful park setting with challenging holes. The third hole is a short par 3 with a BIG tree that you have to contend with. It's a Sacramento golf favorite. The price is very reasonable, even better with a city golf card. The restaurant is worth a stop even if you don't play golf. Great... More

Just don't think about playing here on a Sunday! People come to the park and cross over fairways completely oblivious to the fact that you are in the tee box about to drive a ball down their throat. Most days though, it's just a fun way to spend two hours with a decent test of your golf skills. Play the... More

Was driving by and plugged in golf courses in the Garmin and William Land popped up. An absolutely wide open and forgiving nine-hole, par 34 course. I played on the weekend and walked and only paid $13.00. Nice little pro shop with attached restaurant. Except for one hole, the greens were in excellent shape. Absolutely flat.

Hard to believe I can actually walk to this golf course, daily... Located across from Sacramento City College, this quaint, but well maintained public golf course is very reasonable and a quick fix for your golf-philes. The course is both playable and walkable, so get some exercise!

You're in a Park, sharing a park. The lawns are well manacured and the w-i-d-e lanes are very forgiving for the beginning golfer. Just because I said it Land Park is very forgiving, does not, by any means, say that it is ONLY FOR Beginning Golfers. The fifth hole (?) is a sweet par 3 90 yards that has only... More

Love this little course - has some hard and some easy holes. Quite remarkable that it is right in the city of Sacramento and close to the zoo.

Nice little muni in heart of Sacramento. Fun to play. Nice greens. Nice setting in public park with zoo and kiddie attraction. Friendly staff. Adequate rental clubs. What you would expect from a muni. Nice two hour walk with my son. I'd play there again.
