Nice theater ... seats on the second floor are probably better to see the stage

There's not a lot to say about a convention center--it's just a big space that sometimes has some good events. There aren't enough eating/drinking amenities--there's only one coffee place, a Starbucks I believe, but the line is always so long I usually have to skip it to go to the event I'm going to. Usually there are only one or... More

This Center looks to be remodeled and has lots of lighting getting to it from parking. Inside is very nice, well thought out for people to get around inside to your seats. We had no problem locating our seat, lots of people working there to help direct you.

Stayed at that usual hotel you knowing where, you knowing when, you knowing who! Think was Jazz Jubilee 2013! There was a free Salvation Army performance, got ticket ahead of time! What was really neat, all the Corps had assigned places! "This row seat for Grass Valley Corp, this row seat for Sacramento Corps, this row seat for Oakland Corps,"... More

Went to the Ballet at the theatre, very nice facility. The sound and the stage were top notch. Very well kept and pleasing to the eye. The seats were very comfortable. Can not waite to go again. The parking is a little tricky and was suprised some of the resteraunts in the are closed at 10pm on a Saturday.

While performance was excellent, and timely, be sure to attempt to access city parking or bring bags of treasure to share with 21st century pirates to "dock" your car....

When you walk up to it, it doesn't look anything special, almost makes you question going inside because it looks too superficial. But you walk in and it gives you a good feeling, the show starts and you get lost in it and start thinking when's the next time? Really good seating, sound carries quite well, super clean and kept... Never having been here before I did not know what to expect. I have had the good fortune to see shows in London, Los Angeles and Ogonquit. We saw Dirty Dancing. The performance was up there with the best of them. They even did some unusual things with the "swimming" in water and "running" in field scenes. The singing and... More

We saw Jersey Boys. We sat in the 3rd row of the first tier of balcony seats on the side. The seats in this projection section of the balcony were only 4 people per row. Therefore we did not have people constantly getting up and passing in front of us after we were seated. We were close to a snack... More

This was my first visit to the Sacramento Community Center theater so I didn't know what to expect. The presentation of the evening was "Jersey Boys - The story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons" musical show. Outstanding! Was surprised how large a theater the Community Center is, it looked like most seats were taken even though it was... More
