If you want to step back in town while watching a movie, this is the place. From the ticket booth out front to the concession stand inside. The seat are comfortable and the staff is friendly......they also offer other events there from time to time.

Great local theatre to catch an indie flick. The popcorn is really tasty here! Support this local business so that we don't lose this landmark!

Nothing wrong with contemporary theatres, but there's something awesome about watching a film in a theatre which has the look and feel of a time we've lost! Seating is modern comforable; sound system, screen, etc. all modernized. It's the lobby and theatre walls, ceiling and flooring that give us a glimpse of how people first experienced those Friday nights at... More

Over the years I have seen some great shows at the Crest. The venue hosts movies, comedians, musicians and more. Though the theater can hold a fair number of people, there is something about its styling that makes it feel much more intimate than other venues. Something about a stadium being built and they lost their lease after the years of love and renovation they put into this building.

I enjoyed the concert but most of all the singers from Camerata California -- Ava had a voice that should be heard by everyone!

We make it a point to chose a movie or concert at the Crest just for a chance to enjoy the Art Deco elegance. A lovely stroll along the K St pedestrian mall before or after makes for a lovely date.

if you find a movie that is playing here - GO see it !! If not for the theater alone - this place is a GEM of interior architecture. Don't miss the ceiling - it is elaborate and stunning.

This is a great small theatre, which combines a neighborhood feel with foreign films and a trendy feel for all.
