We were lucky. We went on a Tuesday and were the only ones there. This was our first stop. Not experenced tasters, we were assisted with the various wines they had.

We did the garden tasting which was great. We had just come from a highly structured tour and tasting, so it was nice to be able to go at our own pace and spend time just the two of us wandering around the garden and taking it all in with our glasses of wine. The people serving the wine were... More

During our trip to Napa Valley, this winery was our favorite by far. It was personable but not pushy. We felt the least pressure to purchase anything than we did anywhere else. But staff was helpful in determining how we could purchase back home in FL. The tasting experience on the back porch of the farmhouse was divine! Snacks were... More

We had a very good tasting experience at Frog's Leap. Our table was on the veranda looking straight down the stairs into the garden area. Megan was our server and did a nice job talking about the wines. We liked how you could stroll on the grounds with your wine. I give Frog's Leap 4 circles rather than 5 for... More

Loved the wine, loved the grounds, loved the experience, The wine guide was young and inexperienced, which only took a small amount away from the over all pleasure of this beautiful location. I would go back in a second. This gets a 4 star rating only because there are so many 5 stars in the area! Great

Beautiful place but your guide is unenthusiastic and uninformed. She seemed bored and distracted. There are better places to go. Wine was ok

We came here based on reviews that stated the winery offered a unique experience. We just never expected the wine to be so bad. It's a farm like setting. That was cool. The grounds were pretty. BUT, that doesn't offset the terrible wine. My husband and I paid $20 each for a tasting and left it on the table, not... More

We did the garden tour tasting and it was great. The grounds are very nice and it was cool to walk around and leisurely sip the wine you were tasting, then come back for your next pour. Much better than just standing out the counter like most places. The only downside was that we didn't have a choice in the... More

My family and I scheduled a tasting at Frogs Leap for our Napa Valley trip, as it looked like a great place per the website and it came recommended from several sources. We had a great experience! They had a beautiful tasting room set up for us and were ready for us just a few minutes after our arrival, as... More

We went to about 9 wineries over 3 days and this one was our favorite. Its not your over priced wine upscale place but its pretty good. Regarding the wine the Zinfandel and the Cab were great. But the best part is the winery itself. They let you walk all over the grounds to tour the facilities with a glass... More
