First visit it Caymus, and wow were we blown away. The staff treated us as though we were their only guests. Wine tasting price was comparable to others in the valley, but the quality of these wines made it seem like a bargain. The grounds are beautiful, wines are awesome, and the entire team there made us feel completely at... More

$30 for the tasting per person. Beautiful grounds - a lot of people there. Wines were good. My wife liked the Merlot and Cab.

One of my favorite wines, so it was a must visit. Our server was excellent, friendly and very informative. The winery and grounds are beautiful.

When I think of Caymus wine I think of the rich flavors of the wine. the look of the winery is beautiful, the gardens are amazing. We did the private tasting held in the home of the Wagner's. It was a nice tasting with a lot of information about the wines and the family, however there was just something lacking... More

I wanted to visit Caymus, because they have two of my favorite wines. I signed up for a 4 wine tasting and got to enjoy 6. They were generous with their portions, explanations and time. I did not feel a bit rushed. It was a smaller, more cozy setting than some of the other wineries we visited. Caymus is the... More

We came in to Caymus at the end on the day and we stumbled upon a great surprise. I had not realized that the Caymus family of wines included two of my favorites, Belle Glos Pinot Noir and Conundrum. While we got there late in the day, the staff was friendly and welcomed us to have our tasting and we... More

After doing tours/wine tastings with history and substance this walk up to the bar tasting felt flat and corporate. What goes into making the wines, the history, etc was lost on us and was a disappointment for new wine enthusiasts who had heard such great things about the wines.

We visited Caymus last out of 12 vineyards during our trip to Napa so had a pretty good benchmark to gauge this experience. The grounds are stunning and the backdrop breathtaking. We chose to take each one of our tastings outside and enjoy the view. The Wagner line of wines never disappoints which is why we visited. However, I must... More

Caymus is a must for Cab lovers. Their wine has a rich, velvety mouth feel that is like no other. There 2009 special selection cab is my favorite and I hesitate to write this because I know there is limited stock available. The zin and pinot from the other wagner family wines are also very good. The winery experience itself... More

We stopped at the Caymus Vineyard as we were driving home from visiting another vineyard. We are so glad we stopped. This is a beautiful property. We had a wonderful time sitting on the patio sampling different wines. Our grandkids had a great time playing in the garden. This was the perfect way to end our day and our trip.... More
