The wines are well made and well chosen, for the most part (only one in the tasting that we did not drink). The ambiance is pleasant but because we can only go to a few wineries in any one day, we prefer ones with great scenic views. more
Do not miss this winery! It's tucked away in Rutherford and can easily be missed (we visited only because of a recommendation) -- but they have by far the best wines that we tasted in Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Elizabeth Spencer Wines is a true find and off the beaten path of Napa. Located just off Highway 29. This is (I believe) Napa's smallest tasting room.
