Visiting The National Cemetery is very moving. There are pretty ponds with wildlife, well maintained grounds and memorials. My Mom is buried there. I find it very peaceful. They have a concert commemorating July 4th as well as other events.

Beautiful place to put your love ones to rest. This is one of the biggest cemeteries around. It will eventually take over the golf course and be the biggest national cemetery.

This is a very special place of honor for our family & friends as our fathers, mothers, an uncle, close family friends are all buried here. Each year services for Memorial Day are attended by family & friends. A unique tradition at RNC is the annual Concert for Heros held just before July 4 (this year 7/2/15). The local symphony... Great place to pay respect to fallen heroes and all those who served faithfully in the military. Visit the Medal of Honor exhibit as well.

I have watched RNC grow from infancy to what it is today, a premier veterans cemetery in America. I served at March ARB for thirty years and ran the small arms (weapons) range on the hillside just above the cemetery. I have many friends interred there, including my good friend and peer CMSgt Elton Ross. It is a beautiful final... More

This is by far, the most beautiful cemetery in all of California. Many war veterans and some of their spouses are buried here. On Memorial Day, all the markers have a USA flag by them. This holiday is one of the busiest days of the year. If you have loved ones buried here, and you plan on visiting their graveside,... More

My father and grandmother are both buried there. It is a very beautiful place, my father's resting place is looking at the golf course. We couldn't have chosen a better place for him.

What I dislike about the services at cemetary.,well my uncle was a Merchant Marine,so a Veteran,..but the Color guards were Verterans as Well,..but there Uniforms are Mis-Matched,..why can't these Veterans have a Better Service,.why can't there be a Permnament Young Professional Color Gaurd for this Site..ALWAYS..this is my opinion,..

Both my in-laws and my Grandparents are buried here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. During the veteran's funerals, volunteer veterans provided a very nice ceremony with the playing of Taps, and firing of rifles. At all the funerals we were given one of the gazebo to use for the family to gather in for a service. The gravesites... More
