Our credit card providers are currently investigating two fraudualent atempts to take un authorised payments from the card we used at this place twelve months ago, luckily the card had been put on stop several days earlier, so this crook was unable to take it. Be warned, this is a bad place, if you do stay, don't use your credit... More

If you're travelling Route 66, sleeping in a teepee is a must do. There are two such motels left on Route 66 and the one at Rialto has been beautifully restored. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom nicely done and clean and there's a fridge in the room. It's a great stop if you are finishing your trip - 80... More

We didn't get to stay here due to our schedule but drove by and took photos. Cute memory stop! About 14/15 "tents" on site. Cool old cars and a pool. Peeked inside a room while cleaning-small but quaint!

Fantastic slice of Americana on R66 in San Bernadino. The concrete wigwams have been modernised and offer a high standard of accomodation, only slightly hampered by the weird shape of the wigwams! Decent TV and wi-fi, fridge and AC.

After an exhausting and hot day traveling from the Grand Canyon via Rt. 66, I received a phone call midway through the desert from Kumar, the owner, asking what time we expected to arrive because he was planning fireworks and s'mores. When we arrived later that evening, he set up a bonfire, s'mores and fireworks for the 4th of July... More

Retro cool is in full display at the Wigwam. This property is lovingly taken care of from a very clean room, pool and stocked fire pit. The owner offered s'more to us! This is a perfect fun stay for kids, parents and young at heart!

Really enjoyed our one night stay over, here. Really nicely kept and still has a lot of original features, like the original tiles in the bathroom of our Wigwam (17) Loved the collection of decomposing vehicles in the back of the property. Check in was a breeze and our Wigwam was nice and clean. Carpet looked new and the bed... More

This is such a cute, classic Route 66 stop. My husband and I stayed there before and loved it so we thought we would share the experience with our son. He was not as excited. I love the cute little pool area, just a classic Route 66 stop!

While on a day trip to San Bernadino, we sought out the infamous Wigwam motel. The motel was the inspiration for the motel in the Disney animated movie "Cars". Located on historic Route 66, the motel is easy to find. They have a small gift shop with Route 66 merchandise available. It's neat that this road side attraction, opened in... More
