We took our family vacation to Redding California. We went to waterworks park and had a great time with our 5 year old,17 year old and handicapped sister 37yrs. Our whole family enjoyed playing on the water slides and pools. It was a good time to get everybody away from video games and cell phones and to play in the... More

Not cheap but well worth the visit. $20.95 each if you are higher than 48 inches. You then hire a rubber thingy to slide around easier for $8 but you get $2.00 back when you take it back unburst! Superb staff - really friendly and competent. Unfortunately this is one of those places where they do not let you take... More

Booked a day at this water park, had an amazing day. My whole family including great grand children went, they provided a shaded area for our luncheon. The staff was very helpful and polite. Will be going again, we traveled over one hundred miles just to go to the park.

Very,VERY crowded and not very clean probably due to over crowded conditions.Rude and rough crowd when we were there but great place to see good and very bad tattoos as that seemed to be goal of every adult in place to show them off regardless of where they were. Fun side however was the kids and the fun they were... More

Would have given 5 stars but one of the workers manning the river ride was rude, disrespectful and mean to me and my friends son (separate incidents). Other than that we all had a blast. The Cyclone is definitely the best ride. We brought our lunch in a cooler and went out of the park to eat. We didn't have... More

The park is pretty crowded during mid day and there were no tubes available for rent when we got their at about 1p but we had still had quite a bit of fun and the park really empties out in the late afternoon. If you go with a large group, get a cabana to use for a base. They are... More

This place was so much fun. Once you got into gate. We got there early. Should have taken a couple minutes to get thru gate. Well 20 minutes later, standing in the heat was really irritating! Maybe shade for people in line would help! The way they check you in, was ridiculous and crowded. I hand the lady our money,... More

I have been to the water slides on a few occasions. We decided to go on a Monday hoping it would be less crowded. One thing I have never done is rent a cabana. I decided to for this trip and it was the best decision! I will never visit the park again without having the cabana. We rented Kona... More

I don't think they deserve one star. I just left with my family of 6. The only thing we're there for is to hear the lifeguards blow their whistle and make everyone stop having fun. My 1 year old wasn't allowed to sit at the bottom of the slide in the kiddie area when nobody was using it, she told... More

We can understand your frustration with the situation in the kiddie pool and regarding the swim test Monya Baxter and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
