Nice when its hot in Redding!

Just a nice place to cool off and have a little fun. Always manage to have a couple shaved ice snow cones.

Too much fun in one spot. Food is close by & can be delivered- I didn't eat at the park so I can't say anything about it.

It was really hot, and we were on our way back home to the bay area from Oregon, when we decided to stop for a few hours and see what Redding had to offer. We found this water park via TripAdvisor, so we decided to check out out. It was nice, up until the time when my 6 month old... More

We can't apologize enough for this frustrating experience -- Rest assured, though, that this sounds like a serious miscommunication with our staff regarding our procedures. We would love the opportunity to make it up to you if you are ever back in the neighborhood. Please contact our office at 530-246-9550. All the best, The WaterWorks Park Family More

We love coming to the waterpark. It's tons of fun for the whole family. We have three children ranging from 9 to 12 who are all very different but they all agree they love coming here. We rented one of the premium cabanas for our last trip with a big group of friends. That was a very nice option. It... More

We're so glad you guys loved your most recent day on our slides and under that cabana, Vince! It means the world to know all the kids enjoy our rides, and that our on-site dishes hit the mark for you guys, too. We can't wait to welcome you back again next summer! This was our first time at Waterworks Park and we had a great time. We were bringing a 6 week old infant so I had reserved one of their "Cabanas" for shade. We went on Sunday of Labor Day weekend, which was the last weekend they are open, got there at 10 and stayed until 6. We would not have... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to follow up with us here on TripAdvisor about how much you all enjoyed our slides. We'd love to welcome you back next season -- here's hoping we'll earn that final star from you next time! All the... More

Staff is amazingly friendly! It's a little spendy but worth it. Thinking about making a trip back down before it closes for the year. WISH I COULD HAVE BROUGHT MY COFFEE IN!

We'd love to see you again before the end of the season, Matt! Sorry about that coffee, but we're pumped to know it didn't put a damper on your overall experience. Looking forward to seeing you on our slides again soon! Cheers, The WaterWorks Park Family More

We brought my two year old son and he didn't really have a great time. He wasn't that into playing in the kiddie pool area and was too small to go on the waterslides-even if we went with him and they didn't allow lap rides. Oh, and the food is WAY overpriced and greasy. The t-shirts were only $7, so... More

We're all about providing the whole family with a great time, so we're disappointed to hear that your little one didn't have as much fun as he could have at our place. Our kiddie pool area tends to be the perfect fit for two year olds, but it sounds as if your son was looking for a little more adventure.... More

It's awesome to hear how much Grammy loved that lazy river, Patsy! We're pumped to know everyone in the family found a favorite ride at our place -- that's the kind of feedback that keeps us loving what we do. We can't wait to welcome you all back again next summer -- we'll get those season passes at the ready!... More

We live between Redding and Sacramento. This is the best water park for us. We have teens and a six year old. The bigger water parks are scary. Kids get lost or there are just too many people. This is perfect for our needs and I can easily keep an eye on all the kids.

We had a birthday party and paid for an extra tickets since they $15 each instead of the regular $20 since we paid for a party package. They said any extra ticket would be refunded. We can't apologize enough for this frustrating experience -- Rest assured, though, that this sounds like a serious miscommunication with our staff regarding our procedures, and by no means was it an attempt to gain extra money from your group. We value our customers far too much for that. We'd really love to continue this conversation with you offline --... More
