This is is worst place we have ever stayed .. The staff is beyond rude .. The hotel is just horrible .. You will regret staying here .. Go to rolling hills or thunder valley , they actually are in the hospitality business ... We will NEVER return here ..

Just got home from a Foreigner Concert at Win River Casino. For a concert it was business as usual. Too loud for me. We were lucky, we had $70 x 2 concert tickets. We had front row seats, they were good seats. The problem was we had general admission ticket people standing in front of us. When you have front... More

Small but super clean and a good happy hour and the sandwich place was very good. I don't gamble but my friend did, she broke even, the restaurant is small but menu looked decent. The rooms there are very nice and I think a good value.

Well they bill themselves out as smoke free , yet allow electronic vapor cigs? Hey Management the water vapor from the electronic cigs is more readily absorbed because it is water vapor. Despite what the manufacturers of those say, they are dangerous to others, and is exactly why many areas or citys have BANNED them. Wake up people....nothing like sitting... More

A popular attraction that recently went smokeless. Apparently, they took a survey and found that a mere 17% of their patrons were smokers and made the logical decision. It was popular before, but now it's really moving. Before you get the wrong idea, I'm a smoker, not a self-righteous non-smoker, but I have no problems with taking my smoke outside... More

I have never seen so many Tweaker meth fiends at a casino.. I felt like most of the people there were gambling away their dope money or money they got from stealing stuff. They casino tries as the facility is nice and smoke free, but I guess to them anyone's money is good money. They should try to attract a... More

We were very unimpressed with this Casino. The rooms are quite nice, since they are brand new.. but... they have no television package other than local.. The hotel is right next to the railroad track so the train goes through several times a night.. The air conditioners are uncomfortably loud. We had dinner in the restaurant... reasonably priced, though not... More

We went to Win-River on our way traveling through. After just leaving Vegas and Reno one more casino O K. fairly modern for small town, plenty of room between machines, smoke free was great, and even left with money. the food was fair medium priced. I am writing this to warn customers of the clam chowder. They decided to put... More

Great Hotel and Casino with fantastic restaurant. And I think being smoke free is such a plus. Hotel just finished building.

We stayed there for the night, had our car valet parked and the next morning discovered our expensive rims were dinged up. The security guy showed us a copy of the video where you see that the curb was hit by the valet worker and yet the hotel has denied paying for the damaged rim. The hotel did not have... More
