Excellent and beautiful well kept course

We played the Pete Dye Course twice and found it really well kept and fun to play. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will play it again.

First time golfing here. Compared to its sister course Gary Player it's nothing special. Whenyougo teethe bag drop no one is there and youwIt for a shuttle to take you to the lower level of the pro shop. If you were likely to have a shuttle there that's a good thing, if not you wait or call for them to... More

Dear JG1Lambertville, Thank you for your review of our facility. Our bag drop situation is a work in progress, but we do have a shuttle running all day to assist guests at that location. We will continue to work on and improve this area of our operation and we appreciate the feedback. As far as the 6 golfers, I will... More

We played both Gary Player and Pete Dye. Gary wins easy. Service just isn’t quite the same. No complimentary callaway golf balls. Rental clubs plain out suck. I got one mens with no pitching wedge or 7 iron. My 8yr old got the junior with 4 clubs and this guy knows what he is doing, probably the best and most... More

I've played dozens of the courses in the Coachella Valley and most of them are great, this is no exception. The course is in great shape and is market priced.

Over the years we have played many of Pete Dye's courses, all of which we have loved. They are all challenging but still playable for most levels of players. We therefore had great hopes for this one too, but it was a let-down. Each hole is named for one of his creations and supposedly mimics one of the holes on... More

Dear ErikAnestad, Thank you very much for the review of our facility. I am sorry that Pete Dye did not live up to your expectations. It is not as challenging as many Pete Dye facilities a golfer will play but it works well for our resort clientele. You may give our Gary Player golf course a try during your next... More

I always enjoy playing courses managed by Troon. In this case, I thought the course was fair from all tees (we played from the whites) yet was still plenty challenging. As usual, it was in great shape amd well manicured. The staff was helpful, and the rates were in line with the condition of the property. It was a great... More

Great course. Not hard for the average golfer from the white tees. Fairways are wide with narrow areas around the greens. Greens are multi-level but fair.

New to the course I played the Silver tees even though yardage seemed short I assumed water or other challenges prevailed. Course plays well but would have been a better challenge from back tees.

Dear RJpdx, Again, thank you for your kind words regarding your experience at our facility. The back tees definitely provide a little more challenge and often a better layout for some of our golfers. We again look forward to seeing you again. Have a nice day! More

This course is kept in top shape year round. The greens stick better in the winter! The layout is classic with lots of variation to the slope and enough water to make things interesting. Hole #18 is the measure of what kind of golfer you are! The hole is protected on 3 sides by water. If you can get an... More
