Dear spasister, It looks like Pete Dye has gotten another golfer! He does hide a lot of trouble on his courses, but am glad that you enjoyed it. We hope to see you again soon. Have a nice day! More

If you've ever played a Pete Dye course you know he loves to create diabolically difficult holes with plenty of water, waste bunkers, elevated greens and generous use of railway ties. In many respects the Pete Dye course at Westin Mission Hills is no different. However, it is somewhat tamer than his other well know courses including the nearby TPC... More

John B. We are excited that you enjoyed your round of golf! The Pete Dye design is definitely a tame design when compared to his other work. Thank you and we hope to see you again soon! Have a great day More

We have golfed several courses in the valley over the years and this is our favorite. In the Spring you're surrounded by beautiful snow capped mountains. Very challenging course and beautiful. As to the staff... First class. The instructional staff provides short clinics (great for the beginning of the season tune up) and full clinics. Barry and David are engaging... More

If you know someone who owns a time/share Villa here, like my wife and I do, you can get on for MUCH LESS that the posted rates with their help. Another suggestion is to book the earliest twilight time and show up 1 hour early. Many times, if the course isn't busy, they will let you out earlier. The course... More

As villa owners here at Mission Hills we come out annually from our Florida home. We bought here a number of years ago specifically for the many very good golf venues here in the Valley. We consider the Dye and Player courses to be among the better quality and challenging venues ergo why we purchased our villa here. The Player... More

First time golfing here. Compared to its sister course Gary Player it's nothing special. Whenyougo teethe bag drop no one is there and youwIt for a shuttle to take you to the lower level of the pro shop. If you were likely to have a shuttle there that's a good thing, if not you wait or call for them to... More

We played both Gary Player and Pete Dye. Gary wins easy. Service just isn’t quite the same. No complimentary callaway golf balls. Rental clubs plain out suck. I got one mens with no pitching wedge or 7 iron. My 8yr old got the junior with 4 clubs and this guy knows what he is doing, probably the best and most... More

I've played dozens of the courses in the Coachella Valley and most of them are great, this is no exception. The course is in great shape and is market priced.
