This is a fun, different night out. It's great for groups and it's a very relaxed atmosphere which makes it inviting. You have to plan in advance though. Choose a night with a painting you would like to do and plan around that. When they say starts at 6:00 they mean paint brush in hand, lets get started at 6:00... More

I purchased a Groupon and decided to give this place a try. Husband and I both enjoyed it. It was a fun date, we brought some snacks and relaxed while painting. This would make for a really fun girls night as well. The staff was very friendly. They walk you through the steps so even the least artistic person can... More

I held a small, private party. The actual painting day was fun and interactive. They allowed me to bring in small food & beverage which I really appreciated. My discomfort was caused by what I perceived to be poor business follow up (uncertainty about my reservation, payment, verification, etc).

We had a great time. I went with a group of friends. We took our wine and treats to eat. The venue opens early to find a seat and have a drink or two before painting instruction starts.

We went to a Purple Easel painting party at a restaurant (Looked more comfortable and fun than their studio, plus you can order food and wine). Everything was nicely set up when we arrived with paints, canvas and smock. The directions on how to paint the picture we well done and not too fast etc. It was a super fun... More

We had a great time! Instruction was excellent, supplies provided, great participants, and you can bring your own snacks/drinks. Reasonable cost for the time spent and you come away with a painting - I didn’t know I could pa!!int. So much fun - highly recommend. One thing to remember - don’t dress up - you’re painting!!

That was such a fun thing to do. We went on a Saturday night. 2 hour class. We had a blast. Would definitely do this again. You can bring your own drinks and food. Get there early to get seats together.

I came to the Purple Easel last Friday night with two of my friends for the 7-10 PM session. The place was pretty packed for the most part but we were able to get seats together. I suggest coming a little early. They provided a canvas, apron, paint, and all of the materials you need to paint your masterpiece. The... More

Purple Easel is always a great time. My friends and I bring our favorite wine and snacks and know we will leave with a positive and memorable experience. I'm not a natural born artist, but I leave Purple Easel every time feeling proud of the painting I accomplished with the help of their friendly staff! I also like that they... More
