As a "horse husband' I usually accompany my spouse while she rides. However, I decided to take the plunge and try this out. What was fantastic about this experience was that the owner gave a quick 10 minute hands on lesson in the basics which made all the difference. The views are spectacular and although I was a little sore... More

I have ridden across the US and in Europe, and Arabian Adventures in Point Reyes is as much fun as any ride I've ever taken. The owner, Suzie, takes excellent care of her well-trained, well-loved horses and matches mounts to the rider's experience. She accommodates both beginners and experienced riders in setting the pace and distance of the rides. Children... More

Riding horses with Susie at Arabian Adventures was the highlight of our visit to Point Reyes. Susie took my husband and me, along with 2 others, on a fantastic trail ride, high in the gorgeous hills above San Francisco Bay. Susie's gentleness towards the horses and patience with us as novice riders made us feel very comfortable, even trotting and... More

I went on a 3 hour ride with Susan, the owner, and one other rider. Susan was wonderful and took us on an incredible ride high upon the ridges above Marin. This is not your ordinary "stable!" Susan's horses are very well trained and we were able to trot and canter way more than I ever have on a ride... More

We rode with Susan this weekend. It was a most fun experience - Susan is a very patient and experienced rider with good approach to helping us get comfortable with the horses. Considering that we had little experience riding horses, she got us ready to ride quite rapidly - it helps too that the horses are well trained and easy... More

I brought my 3 kids to PRAA for a 1/2 hour lesson and 1 hour trail ride. Susan, and the experience, exceeded my expectations. She let the kids help set the horses up for their rides - brushing them down, saddling them, etc., and instructing them the whole time about safety and proper care. The lesson was excellent - Susan... More

Best. Trail. Ride. Ever. I hardly know what else to say! As an intermediate rider, I look for something more in a trail ride than a dozen push-button horses walking nose-to-tail up a path. I booked a ride with Susie after reading rave reviews on yelp.com, and I wasn't disappointed. The ride was everything I hoped for and more. I... More

In December, 2010, my wife and I went for a three hour ride with Susan, who runs Point Reyes Arabian Adventures. Because this was not peak season and we chose a Friday, it turned out that we were lucky enough (for us) to be the only ones on the ride. The horse trailer can accommodate six horses and so the...
