I recently had my 2nd visit to Cooper Vineyards. I'm from WI, and was visiting my kids that live in the area. Cooper is my favorite of all the wineries in the area. The place is great, and the staff is awesome! Everyone is so friendly - from Dick Cooper himself, to his daughters, to the rest of the staff.... More

I have always enjoyed the wines made from this great ranch no matter who is making it. Almost all of the best Barbara in California is made from grapes grown at the Cooper Ranch.

This is our favorite stop on our trip to wine country. The staff is super friendly. Hugs and everything when we walk in the door. Great wine as well. I definitely recommend this winery!

Cooper Winery is a great family winery in the Plymout area in Amadir County close to Sacramento. The wines are very good and the free tastings are always fun because the staff is very friendly.

The staff is very friendly. The wines are really good. Especially their barbera. We come up here for the big crush and behind the cellars door. Cooper is a stop where you will want to take some wines home! They do a nice job during big events it is a fun stop.

I opened a bottle of Cooper Sangiovese yesterday and felt compelled to write this review. The wine is a 2009 vintage purchased on our 7-20-2012 visit to the winery. This wine is excellent, bold with plenty of oak and slightly smokey notes. Many times I get the wine home and taste it and wonder what I was thinking, but this... More

Cooper has consistently great wines in a beautiful setting and free tasting. The winemaker came out and spent time answering questions and teaching us about wine. His passion for making great wine is obvious and it shows in every bottle.

Cooper's Barbera is worth stopping in for, as is the Viognier. All the wines are good, but the Barbera really shines here. Their wines are pricier than some in the area, but definitely delicious.
