Didn't know I could 💙 Zinfandel so much

The gal serving us was super laid back, which I liked. Renwoods Zinfandel was so delicious, need I say more!

Renwood is a little out of the way but so worth the drive. The tasting room is open and bright and the staff is full of information and super friendly. There are outdoor covered sofas and seats, which is so nice in the warmer months. They have an array of cheeses, meats and crackers to enjoy with your wine. We... More

Fabulous upscale tasting room with super friendly staff. Outdoor fireplace with seating or you can taste at the bar. Beautiful gift shop next to the tasting room. A must visit if you are in Amador County.

I have been a member at Renwood for a couple of years now - reputedly after an ownership change where they also changed winemakers.. I am never disappointed when I taste their wine. They are consistent, smooth and flavorful every time. I really should taste their entire ensemble but I love the zins so much I just have to have... More

I received two bottles of Renwood wine as a birthday gift. I live in Texas and the wine was shipped to me in the middle of summer (my birthday was mid-August). It was so hot on the delivery truck that the cork on one of the bottles popped. I took a picture and sent it to Renwood just to let... More

Very pretty tasting room as well as nice outdoor area. Some good wines, in fact their Red Wine Blend is the Editor's choice for November Wine Enthusiast.

A very modern tasting room. Definitely spend money on the facility and grounds. Staff was very friendly and fun. Wines were enjoyable. Wife REALLY liked the ports. An eclectic selection of cheeses and chocolates to enjoy with your wine tasting. Charge a tasting fee but will refund with purchase of wines.

Was looking forward to my first visit and tasting at Renwood. After wonderful stops and Terra Rouge and Andis, Renwood was a serious disappointment. So much so we walked out before even getting a chance to taste. The facility is attractive but service is awful. There were two people working the tasting room. They were not very busy at all.... One of the few places with food available in the valley. Good food and selection, plus decent wines. They have a new winemaker and I am looking forward to trying his reds in the next year or two. Nice areas to sit out and visit.

This is such a wonderful stop around mid-day to sit out on their patio and enjoy charcuterie and cheese along with your wine tasting. The staff will bring your tasting flight out to you as you sit in the spa-like setting. Stephen is very knowledgeable about wine and the area. The wines are excellent.
