This was recommended by a winery owner in Healdsburg. Beautiful grounds and they sell all the food items that you would need for a picnic. We liked their Sauvignon Blanc and loved their Zinfandel. There was no tasting fee as we bought wine. Friendly staff also.

Good wines, no tasting fee, friendly, lovely setting and facility for picnic...typical wine tasting facility with apparent larger volume that most of the other wineries

When we visited the tastings were complementary, which was a pleasant surprise. The wines were very good and the lady that helped us knew her stuff to. The tasting rooms were spacious and had a lovely ambiance.

I took a rest break here on my way from San Francisco to Mendocino with my hubby. It was a good place to stop since it is on the road that you must take in order to get to Mendocino. It would not take any additional time to get here from the main road. In addition, it was a good... More

My husband and I stopped at this winery a few days ago, on our way home to Sacramento from Mendocino. First we were struck by the incredible location, but then we were delighted to find that unlike most Napa wineries, Navarro does not charge for tasting! They have a wide assortment of wines, and every one I tried was very... More

A pretty place to sip wine. They have many varieties of which I liked the Gervurtz and Pinot Noir best. It's open early and free to taste. Picnic tables overlook the vineyard, so bring a lunch. Don't miss the lavender, which smells great.

The winery grounds are really pretty. Lots of flowers, great views. The tasting room is pretty small, looks more like a tiny hotel registration desk. We didn't do any wine tasting, just bought a few bottles to take home as gifts for friends who like their wine. There are picnic tables if you bring food as they don't serve any.... More

We always stop here when in the Valley. Their wines are some of the best for the price anywhere, I esp. Like their one cent shipping . A new plus is their daughter's cheese, which goes great with their wines( others , too) make this a must stop if you are in the AV.

Recommended to us because I love the grounds around a winery and was told they bottle really good grape juice. Well my husband liked it so much we bought 4 to have on Thanksgiving along with the Pinot. Very well received.
