A very professional ride, with great horses. Beautiful scenery of Pebble Beach, the sand dunes , golf courses & woods. The guide was very concerned about the riders & told beginners of everything to expect , too much so. It was annoying ! It was a walking ride, would have been nicer if the guide talked less.

Pebble Beach is known for its golf, but this is arguably the best dollar value at the resort. $90 for a 75-minute beach trail ride (along the 17-mile-drive...just exquisite scenery), quality instruction and supervision, excellent organization, a professional staff, and just gorgeous and well-mannered horses. The staff even let my gf stay after the ride and care for and feed... More

This was by far one of the most memorable events on our trip to Napa, San Francisco, Sausalito, Monterey, and Carmel! Quite a few horses are rescues which makes it even greater to think that they are being saved. The ride was breathtaking! I couldn't believe I was riding onto one of the most famous golf courses we know as... More

They perfectly matched all the horses to all the riders. Our Guide was knew a lot about our surroundings and gave lots of facts and details. We walked along the beautiful golf courses down to the beach, just breathtaking.

My husband and I enjoy riding horses wherever we are on vacations. This is by far the most organized stable we have ever been to. Danelle was our guide and she was a joy. The views were amazing and we loved her stories about the area. Nothing is better than riding a horse on paths to the Pacific. We enjoyed... More

Not the cheapest of excursions but great fun for riders of all levels. There are some beautiful views along the way including the beach.

My new thing is to find a trail ride to do whenever I'm on vacation. It's a great way to see a new area, and usually a less spoiled one at that. The Pebble Beach area is gorgeous--whether you golf, drive or horseback ride--so I thoroughly enjoyed the woods and beaches through which we rode. The Center's staff was friendly... More

My husband and I arranged a private ride during our drive down the California coast. It was my husband's first time on a horse and I had not ridden for 25 years. The staff were amazing and paired us up with Hope and Nigel who were perfect for our level of experience. The center does amazing work with abused horses... More

My husband and I did a beach trail ride. Aside from being somewhat pricey ($90/person), the ride was very nice. We went through the Del Monte forest, across the sand dunes, rode next to the beach, back up through the golf course, and through the forest again on our way back to the stables. The horses were extremely mellow and... More

My partner and I came to Pebble Beach to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. We did a private horseback ride at the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center. Taylor was our guide and she was very sweet, not intrusively sociable (she didn't force conversation and sometimes we were just silent, taking it all in), but definitely friendly. She had a great way... More
