A great course, right on the bay, with spectacular views and some very challenging golf holes. A great complement to Pebble Beach for someone who wants something just a little easier to navigate (you can drive carts on the fairways here).

Every single aspect of my recent trip to Spanish Bay was awesome! The clubhouse is attractive and the breakfast was good and quick. The staff at the golf course was incredibly attentive and very gracious. The course is simply beautiful and the layout opens to incredible vistas of the ocean. We had a little morning fog but it blew through... More

The greens are very tough but what you get most of from this course is the views. Sorry but the course for golfing is good but the views make this course. I would play it again but it is hard to beat Pebble Beach and Spyglass for golfing.

Really great course set in brilliant layout , a few holes in a tree-lined area but most down by the beach. If it is windy you will need your A1 game.

The course was outstanding to play and was in great shape. The course is challenging, yet not to bad that you get discouraged. Great job to the groundskeepers!

This is a true test of golf. Lots of hills and well bunkered greens. Some water around the greens. First several holes along the ocean and then it works inland. This last round there is a terrible stench coming from the large rock where all the seals and birds hang out in the water - the rock is almost white... More

Day 1 of a 7 day trip with 16 Guys all the way from Scotland this is still one of our favourite courses ever played. It's the one that most people don't speak of but it was beautifully presented extremely well manicured and the staff looked after us brilliantly. We had a sing song post golf and when the piper... Get a caddie, it's a must. Great layout with many challenging holes for all skill levels. The pro-shop staff really make you feel special when you play there.

Really enjoyed the day at SB and the course was excellent. The views on many holes are spectacular, especially near the big pond. Would love to play it again.

Love the layout as it runs along Route 1 and the Pacific ocean. Wide fairways make for a pleasurable tee to green but the greens is where they challenge you.
