Description: Adelaida Cellars' family owned vineyards include seven distinct properties...
Adelaida Cellars' family owned vineyards include seven distinct properties totaling 168 acres in the craggy mountainous terrain of Paso Robles' Adelaida District. Only 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean on steep elevated sites, a diverse planting of 24 varieties with an emphasis in Rhônes, old vine pinot noir, dry farmed zinfandel, and mountain style cabernet sauvignon, our stressed vines produce low yields of precise flavor.

They last stop on our Wine tour but certainly one of the best. Great wines and lovely people who were informative and friendly. Immediately says stay as long as you like and offered a complementary ice wine on top of their standard flight. Very nice indeed.

These folks offer fabulous white and red Rhone varietals in the $30-$40 range. Most places claim that their wines will age, but these folks prove it by generally having a ten year old library selection hiding behind the tasting bar for members. Even their whites have demonstrated this age worthiness thanks to not letting the sugars get out of balance... More

I felt that I was getting caring and personalized service when I visited here. Even though they are building a new tasting room, the old one is warm and cozy. If you get a chance, find Tony from behind their counter. He is absolutely the best.

This stop was a recommendation from people we met at our hotel the night before and I'm glad we stopped in for a tasting. The wines were pretty good! The tasting room is small and there is a lot of construction occurring to build a bigger/better tasting room. Sometimes the small tasting rooms are better as you can socialize with... More

This was one of our first stop on our Olive Oil tasting day. We stopped here because we were too early for the Pasolivo. We went on a weekday and most places were closed but not this place. When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful and interesting gentleman. We were not intending to buy we just wanted to... More

Been here many times and the wines continue to be reliable and enjoyable. Not exceptional, not at the award winning level but solid reliable and enjoyable ! ... Service is friendly. They are going through some major expansion of the wine tasting room so be ready for some inconvenience (such as parking spaces) but the friendly staff more than makes... More

We enjoyed this winery on our day long wine tasting tour. We would not have found this winery without the help of our driver and guide. Staff was very helpful and the wines were great. We did not have to pay the tasting fee as we purchased wine to take home.

What a great visit! The staff was quite friendly and very knowledgeable, and the wine superb. We even joined their wine club. Don't miss Adelaida Cellars when you are wine tasting in Paso Robles. It is more remote than the popular stops on Route 46, but well worth the visit.

Adelaida has a charming tasting room and picnic area. We visited with our dogs, so sat outside in the picnic area and I went back and forth to get each wine. The wines themselves were high quality and well made. They were each complex, balanced, smooth and food-friendly. The staff was highly personable. We also appreciated that they had food... More
