We had an amazing experience at Adelaida. The winemaker gave us a tour which included a tasting in the vineyard and a barrel tasting. He was informative and easygoing. The tasting room staff were very helpful and patient. We also had a chance to enjoy excellent food courtesy of a fabulous chef! We can't wait to visit Adelaida again! More

The ambiance is not as exciting as some, but if you want to taste some really nice Rhones, go here. Every wine we tasted was good and we will probably join the wine club next time. More

I love their wine, and the person at the tasting counter was very helpful with suggestions of other wineries to try, recommendations on places to go in town. I am a Pinot Noir fan, and Adelaida never disappoints me. Every time I go to Paso Robles, I stop in and buy some wine that I can't find at stores at home. The staff know their wines and are very helpful. There is a small picnic area out front if you want to bring your lunch. More

We had never heard of Adelaida Cellars but were recommended to taste here by our hotel and we are glad we did! We enjoyed many of the wines and the girl pouring was very friendly and personable. Nicely air conditioned, too, which is pretty essential in the summer when the temperatures soar in Paso! More

Their wines are good (not spectacular), the vineyard is sustainable which is really great, the tasting room has potential but needs remodeling, their label looks haunting, the staff is very warm & friendly. You should stop in & check them out. More
