We visited this winery for my 31st birthday. We planned on wine tasting and had reservations for lunch. The food and wine are absolutely amazing! However, the staff (with the exception of our waiter) were incredibly rude. It really put a sour note on my birthday. The folks working the bar completely ignored me. Not just once but twice. I... The staff was very welcoming. We sat outside and has the wine tasting. It was a very nice sampling of the wines they sell. We noticed there was a restaurant on the premises and decided to give it a try. We sat out in the garden with beautiful sunflowers and lavender all around us. We had the hamburger and the... More

-A real gem to run across...What made it even better is that it is one of the few (maybe the only?) winery off of west 46 before you hit 101 that has a restaurant - AND A NICE RESTAURANT. We didn't know you needed a reservation but they took us anyway. The wine tasting was so-so (their Sauvignon Blanc is... More

This place still makes great wines, and we still love their separate "members" tasting room. But they have totally remodeled after being bought out by Fiji Waters and it shows. Don't get me wrong; you should still come taste their wines, which are all good. I know lots of folks say that only the Isosceles is worthwhile but that's not... More

We never made it to the vineyard, although I have enjoyed this wine for years and was really looking forward to it. When I tried to book the Inn and planned on spending a week here, Chalan Lind told me children under 12 were not allowed in their restaurant. A fact which should be included on the website. After reading... More

Hi Vedettefile, Please accept my sincerest apologies regarding your booking experience. We allow children of all ages in the restaurant for lunch, however, our fine dining dinner experience is designed for adults. It includes 5 courses served in our formal dining room, paired with wine, and typically lasts approximately 2 hours. We are adding information to our website per your... More

Overall the wines are wonderful, staff was less than pleasant, ignored patrons as they walked in. Attitude was they were being bothered to help and answer questions.

Loved this winery and tasting room when we first came up here 10 plus years ago. Not excited about them any more. They are still touting their one great wine, their long time ago Isosceles that won awards. Now they are just a big corporation with mediocre wines.

I have had Justin wines in the past and have enjoyed the ones immensely. This tasting however was not very special, average at best. The best ones I found there was their Port. Outside of that, nothing stood out.

We have long loved Justin wines and had planned on staying at the Just Inn for our 10 year anniversary, but decided against it for a few reasons.....renovations possibly going on during our visit, restaurant only offered full prix fixe menu during the week (and inn is not near another restaurant) and finally, the many negative reviews online regarding Justin... For a small stipend my husband and I shared a tasting as we were just passing through town. Not only were the wines good, but the tasting room and patio was relaxing and gorgeous. It is surrounded by a garden of lavender, rosemary, and vegetables which I assume are used in the restaurant. I wish we had scheduled lunch there!... More
