Fantastic views and very well informed team. Overall the most professional of our tour stops and the overall presentation compare with the best we have seen around the world. Great selection and their estate wines are superb.

Wonderful views! This place also serves a nice ala cart menu to enjoy your wine with. It's a very pleasant experience and worth the drive, though the wine is relatively expensive.

With more than 250 vineyards, it was really difficult to select a few for a day of wine tasting. My only regret was that we chose to visit Daou first, which made all the others pale in comparison. The wine was delicious, especially the Pinot Noir & Cabernet. On a hilltop, the grounds and the main tasting building brought me... More

Fantastic views, fantastic food, good wine, fantastic facility, fantastic story and staff! We go to Tuscany almost every year and this really reminded me of it. Unlike another reviewers experience, they had no problem with me taking photos anywhere. I even did compositions using bottles of wine I had bought. Do not leave Paso Robles without going here!

I am a photographer who visited this beautiful vineyard for a friend of mine who owns a big wine restaurant. I asked in the tasting room if I could take some pictures for his blog because he was going to feature them in their next wine selection. I was told that I could not take ANY pictures on the property... More

Amazing views, wonderful wine, very informative and patient staff. My daughter and I ate lunch here. Lunch was the meatballs. Quality of the food and service no tasting was first class all the way. I would never come to this area without a stop!

This is a must see winery. The wines are excellent, the setting is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. They also serve food. Join the wine club for more benefits. Don't miss it. You feel like you are on top of the world.

Knowing we were coming to Paso Robles, I asked a wine fiend: "we have one place to go: what do you recommend?" She said Daou. We came, we tremendously enjoyed our visit, and we joined the wine club! Brandon was very informed about the history and varietals, weather was great and it wasn't exceedingly hot due to the higher elevation... More

The view is worth going up to this place! I did not care for their wines, but that was just me, my friends loved them!

Title says it all. This was the most amazing vineyard in town. The views, the wine, the food, the tasting, the staff...it was incredible. It felt like being transported to Spain and being in the middle of a secret society. The tasting room is filled with accented wood carvings, authentic tile floors and the view from the outdoor dining area... More
