My friends and I stopped by during my birthday weekend celebration and were so pleased to be attended by Jennifer during our tasting. She was very personable and knowledgeable of the wines. She not only shared some of her personal experiences, she has a great sense of humor, and during the tasting, I found out she and I shared the... More

Another great find in Paso. The customer service was absolutely fantastic (Jay). Friendly and knowledgeable, what else can you ask for. Nice modern, clean tasting room. No complaints and now we are club members too. See you soon Niner Vineyards

We found ourselves wine tasting in the area, and the beautiful Niner Estate offered the only "behind the scenes" tour we could find. We were not disappointed! Hillary was extremely knowledgeable about the facility and history, and about winemaking in general. We walked through the vineyards, saw the vats and tanks, and sampled wine in the barrel room. She happily... More

Looks impressive both inside and out, but the restaurant was not open mid week and they offered us to buy cold meats from a chiller cabinet to accompany the wine tasting. This was not how we wished to taste. You have to be very careful in California, the drink drive rules are very strict.

The 2010 cabernet is excellent. Won multiple awards. Servers are knowledgeable about the wine. The olive oil is also great. Call ahead to find out if entertainment is offered. The day we visited a band was playing. We were glad we visited.

This was our first wine tasting stop. The place is on the main highway, by the hill, surrounded by grape orchard. The building is made of light-colored bricks and looked grand from the street and even more appreciated when up close. It was a 4th of July weekend when we visited but the place was not busy as expected and... More

Stopped here on a whim, after I was told about the great wines in Paso Robles. Niner was by far one of the best wineries I visited ( I came from Nappa and Sonoma on vacation ) The hosts were informative and fun, the wines are excellent and I bought some ( not to pricey $ 45.00 ) Overall a... More

If you're lucky enough to be in Paso Robles when Niner has one of their chef's cooking classes, take advantage of it. These are four hour affairs that entertain, educate and delight even those who don't give a whit about preparing a meal. We attended an event that started with a tour of an abalone farm and was followed by... More

We stopped by Niner this weekend for some wine tasting. The setting is beautiful and the building is just amazing. Definitely worth a stop to see the architecture alone. We had good service during the wine tasting and they had a summer six pack special with a nice discount for any combination of their whites. It was a great value... More

When you only have four days, and your limit is (and probably should be) three wineries a day, making the list of twelve isn't easy. But Niner was definitely a keeper. We were told by a good friend that she wanted to live at Niner. She has really good taste, so we knew we had to visit. The tasting room... More
