Despite a 4:30pm arrival (the tasting room has a 5pm closing time), everyone at Ecluse was incredibly hospitable. Two staff members went above and beyond by educating us through the normal tasting menu as well as spending 45 minutes talking us through a barrel tasting. We made lunch reservations knowing we would be coming into Paso and wanted to try this place before we checked into the hotel room. We had a nice boxed lunch and they sell the wine by the glass if each one of your party want to drink something different. There wine was good, the people friendly and the place beautiful. More
