Great for younger children. My boys loved the fire engine and camping areas. A good break for the kids in between winery visits.

My son, my parents, and myself all had a blast! My son climbed through the oak tree, took care of a doll at the hospital, pieced together all the x-rays at the doctors office, spent at least 30 minutes in the ball pit (grandpa even got in!), then we both dressed up as firemen and hopped into the fire truck!... This was such a cool find! We needed to kill a few hours in between baseball games (were in town for a tournament) and it was 108F outside! Its 2 stories & my kids had a BLAST playing dress up, in the grocery store, Dr's office, the pizza parlor, and in the ball area. They even have an old fire... More

We were searching for a place to entertain the little ones (6 and 4) while the men golfed, so we tried the Children's Museum. We drive past it nearly every 10 days and haven't stopped, and we're sorry we didn't bring the now older grandchildren here. The minute we got inside, they were fully engaged, first running to the replica... More

What a great place to bring your kids. This is a compact, small town kid's museum, but it really works. The fire engine is great for climbing on. The little bridges and tree are fun too. But the best is saved for upstairs... the ball machine. Its indescribable, but fun for kids and adults alike. If you've got kids under... More

We.re members at the museum but live in CT. Every visit we make to Paso includes dropping the kids off here with a babysitter and they always have a blast. They can create their own games in the ball maze/netting on the second floor, play dress up, pretend to go shopping in the 'market' or climb on the firetruck downstairs.... More

We visited here with our young baby (2 yr old) and had a lot of fun. Baby was especially entertained w/2nd floor where the mini-supermarket is. She loved pushing around the shopping cart and "buying things." The little play pizza shop on the 2nd floor was also fun for her. She also liked the shooting ball area in the middle... More

Children from 2 -10 can keep themselves busily happy here. Staff provides hands on activities, plus lots of free exploration in many exhibits. 2 stories access by steps or elevator, sometimes the lower level has activities also, so really 3 stories. Old firehouse lends itself to fun on 1st floor, with real firetruck.

We try to visit the museum on a regular basis. It may be small but has fun ideas and a big heart! There is always an art project to do, fun permanent exhibits, and a great pizza kitchen play area. We have been coming here since my daughter was 2, and have always had a fun time. We feel it... More
