I went to Z Med Spa for a Lymphatic Massage. I was led into a back massage room. and told to take off my shirt and lie on the table. The lights were dim and the ambiance was nice. Soft music was playing and a mini waterfall was in the room to promote relaxation. After lying on the table, the... More

I have been going there for years and have tried others but keep coming back to them. Other spas might be more "spa like" but the massages/facials here are just a good if not better than the others and much less expensive. It's not a day spa like Burke Willams or Glen Ivy but it's closer to me and doesn't... More

I had compared prices for an Action FX treatment at various spas and medical facilities. Z Med Spa was almost 1/2 the price of all the places I had checked out ($1800 compared to $3,000), plus, a free microdermabrasion and a free second Action FX treatment! Gayle, the RN who performs the procedure, gave me an in-depth consultation, (much more... More

What a sad experience I had at this salon! The owner was very rude and condescending. The staff members that I encountered were kind, but seemed to be walking on eggshells around the owner, who was hovering over them. I really feel sorry for anyone who wastes good money on a similar experience. The best way to avoid such an... More

The owner is money hungry and rude, I actually heard her talking to the nurse about me when she thought i was in the restroom. She'll do anything for an extra buck. Go somehwere where your money is appreciated, not Z Med. All of the staff is friendly, but you can cut the tension between them and the owner with... More

I've been to Z Med for facials, microdermabrasion, Restalyne,Genesis Laser and Botox treatment. The pumpkin facial was wonderful. I live in Pasadena and have been to MANY med spas, and for the procedures I mentioned above. Gayle, the RN that was sticking needles in my face is a TRUE pro and the results have been better than I ever expected.... More

Very poor service! I called three times and left two messages before I could get through to a person. Then, the person on the phone was rude and put me on hold twice. Finally made my appointment and started to ask a question, but the lady hung up on me. Got to the massage & the parking was terrible-- only... More

The nurse, Gayle is absolutely terrific. The ambience is pretty good, but not a very relaxing spa to visit with girlfriends. The owner is cold and not at all service-oriented. I've spent $2-3K there and she still treats me indifferently. Other spas have much better service from ALL people and have a better, more relaxing ambience with steam showers, etc.... More

I visited this spa and was really happy with the prices and the place. They were nice, friendly and I had a facial and massage. It was actually very beautiful inside with waterfalls and they had a lot of good facials that had peels and microderm. I liked it alot and the prices were not outrageous. I will go back... More

Z Med Spa has potential, but the problems outweigh the positives, especially when there are so many other options. The nail service is cramped into a corner of a room used for something else. It's basically an elevated chair, with rubbermaid foot bath at the bottom and a nail technician who can't really reach where she needs to reach. Not... More
