We took an Adventure Hummer Tour to the Salton Sea. We also visited the Painted Canyon area. The trip was 5 full hours. It was very interesting and unique. Our guide was Don. I would highly recommend asking specifically for him. He is filled with area knowledge, and is a trained naturalist. He was able to share history, geography, ecology,... More

We liked Adventure Hummer so much we booked two tours with them. Very nice, clean vehicles take you out in a small group. We were with one other couple with Don who took us out to the Salton Sea, then the following day, took a private tour to go wine tasting with Bruce. Both super friendly guides who made the... More

My friend picked this tour and from the time we called to inquire and schedule to the time Scott picked us up, it was all a positive experience. We wanted some outside fun, with someone who could show and tell us about the mountains and this was the way to go. Scott made it fun, interesting, exciting and safe all... More

Our guide was Jerry. He was extremely well informed, entertaining and accommodating. The hummer was comfortable and made for an overall wonderful experience. All of this as well as nature's beauty made for a most memorable time.

This is for the Joshua Tree Adventure tour, which I took in the morning. Our driver, Scott was a great guy and a superb driver who was a wealth of knowledge on the geology, history, flora and fauna of this unique area. He took us well and truly off the beaten path through the national park. Was nice to walk... More

his trip was booked as a San Andreas Fault tour with a trip into Joshua Tree National Park. It ended up to be a quick stop at an Oasis that was easily accessible by car and a quick walk to a portion of the Fault in the Oasis. Not the canyon, rock formations and long in depth discussion of the... More

We took our children/grandchildren mid January. Fantastic time. Driver Don was so fun and informative. The Oasis was educational and the views spectacular. Don't miss this opportunity to take a hummer tour during your stay....ask for Don!! Take jackets because it gets cool up there. We would definitely do it again.

It was a nice tour up into the mountains on the riverbed. I would have preferred to spend more time looking for native wildlife. The scene from the top was spectacular but it is a long ride. I will go back to the park to see what else is there on the other side.
