The view is gorgeous, one of the best in the valley. The food is typical golf club fare - don't expect anything special. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with it - just unimaginitive & not a'foodie' destination - stick to sandwhiches & salads. More

We recently played Escena. We were looking for a medium priced course that would be challenging and not break the bank. Escena delivered. Wide fairways, no forced carries, very forgiving desert if you happened to hit it there. Pace of play was a little over 4 hours and seemed about right. Course condition above average. We played 2 rounds here - the price is reasonable for the quality of the course. It was an easier round on the day the wind was quiet. The club house has a great selection of women's clothing. More
