Played the Resort course. While the fairways were green and manicured, the greens were being being worked on. Nonetheless, it gave me a good idea of what the course is like normally, and finally had a golf date that was worth writing about. Beautiful scenery and tough holes. Resort has2 holes close by, the 3-15 are located away from clubhouse.... More

We started with a hardy breakfast then 18 holes of golf. The course was ok with some challenges. After completing 18 holes in 3 1/2 hours we then had lunch. The golf was ok but the breakfast and lunch were quite good. We played the Resort course but in talking with sever members the Legend course is better.maybe next time.

First time to Palm Springs... what an amazing place to golf. The views are stunning. Around each corner is yet another breath-taking vista. The various elevations of the fairways make the course challenging. A very friendly and attentive staff will assist you.. Enjoy!

Not the toughest but very enjoyable. For $55 it was a great deal. It's very wide open and the front nine is shorter. The greens were in great condition

Two courses. The Resort Course I would rate 5. The Legend Course I would rate 3. First one is beautiful with wide fairways and excellent greens. A couple of holes are as pretty as any other golf course. The second one is amidst condos, not nearly as pretty and mediocre for the price.

Played the Legends course. Very well kept up and not difficult. Traps protect the greens and very little water. Good for beginners. They have a LOT of players so be prepared for crowds. There are the Legends and Resort courses. Both are 18 holes and have multiple tee boxes. They should have mirrors for the 1st and 10th tees as... More

We found a great deal for golf during our two week stay in Palm Desert. Tahquitz Creek has a package which included 18 holes of golf, cart, club rental and two free drinks afterward. Thus package was offered after 1 pm. The place was crowded, but we teed off on time the play was a little slow, and we just... More

We played two nine hole rounds both on the Legends course. The first was in the afternoon and we were paired with a charming couple. The second was an early morning round and included breakfast! Although the food is just good, the morning was beautiful, we were not rushed at all and had an enjoyable lovely round of golf at... More

Tahquitz Creek has two courses. The Legend and the Resort. I played the Resort and it is beautiful. Lots of water and sand, wide open and a joy to play. The buffet was tasty. Nothing really special. Ribs, chicken, salad. Can't remember the cost except it wasn't a lot. They do serve alcohol. Restrooms new, updated and clean.

Tahquitz Creek golf course is a municipal course but don't let that dissuade you from playing it. The Resort course is a great layout and should not be missed when you're in the Palm Springs area. The greens are some of the best around, the course is scenic and challenging, and you'll meet some of the nicest people. I've played... More
