The PS art museum has an incredible collection of art. We were very impressed for such a small venue to have such a great selection of art and sculpture. Definitely worth a visit.

Some of the art is great.. some not so. A lot has been left to the museum by older residents of the desert. And as there has been very little purchasing of art to fill in the needs of the collections it is a hodge podge. But if you have some time to kill and want to get out of... More

A lovely small museum with a diverse collection of both permanent and rotating exhibits. Well planned museum and well worth a stop. Combine a visit here with the Downtown Thursday Night Streetfair.

I've been to hundreds of art museums around the globe. This museum has one of the thinest collections I have ever encountered. There are a few interesting pieces, but I suspect that the wealthy people who donated art sent the bulk of their collections to other museums. Moreover, the museum has a smattering of art from several different styles and... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the art museum. The building itself was gorgeous and the exhibits well done. The collections really represent the area with a nice diversity so there is something for everyone. Highly recommend going!

Our visit was short and sweet (less than an hour) but enjoyed seeing some of the installations. A well kept property, good facilities, interesting pieces in collection. Worth a visit!

The museum houses in its permanent collection works by some of the most highly-acclaimed and iconic artists of the twentieth and twenty-first century -- very impressive for a smaller art museum. The museum specializes in modern/contemporary paintings and sculpture and showcases an extensive art glass collection as well. Special exhibitions also are impressive; recent exhibitions featured a retrospect of internationally-acclaimed... More

This is a great gallery with a great collection. Although small it is highly supported by some of the desert's great residents. Palm Springs is very lucky to have had the generosity of these people. The gallery is a gem and you can enjoy it for an hour or several hours. I have always enjoyed the works and collection of... More

We visited the Museum on a Thursday night when it was free from 4 until 8. We joined a docent tour at 5 and had an incredible experience. The docent made the tour enjoyable, informative and interesting. We would definitely suggest doing this any night of the week.
