This is a gorgeous little museum, built on private donations. The museum is easy to get to, right in the center of PS. Stopped by the Palm Springs Art Museum on a Thursday evening prior to Village Fest. The museum had nice exhibits and was the perfect size to meander through in a hour at a nice pace. The museum has free admission on thursday evenings. more

They have a great Contemporary Art glass collection. I was able the see for the first time what I had seen in pictures - the works of famous glass artists. more

I was not expecting much, so I was pleased to find some gems in the museum collections. TIP: Go on Thursday, the museum is free from 4-8 pm, and is a block from the downtown Village Fest. more
