Lovely - Thursdays are free at the Palm Springs museum

This small museum has big city culture! Loved it. So many different things on display. Free on Thursdays and coincides with the street fair.

Wonderful exhibits . Located within an easy walk from Palm Canyon, the main thoroughfare . Parking in the area can be a problem so park where you can and walk the short distance,

You might not expect an art museum out in the desert, but this is a nice one, thats been around for decades. Lots of famous people made this happen.

Most of the collections here were not my taste. It was quiet and not many people were there, so it was a good place to avoid heat. The building was well designed and quite nice.

Some masters on view, on loan, like Picasso, Monet, Van Gogh, Manet, and some abstract, and some local. Very nice store. Has a cafe and outdoor gardens with Chihuli... More

I love this museum/gallery. The exhibitions are always challenging to the imagination. This is a favorite spot to take our out-of-town visitors. Palm Springs is so fortunate to have such wonderful art available to visit at any time.

We just visited the museum during their modern art exhibit. There was some interesting and some confusing art. The building is beautiful. It is a nice way to get out of the heat for a couple of hours too.

What I especially like about this museum is that it is very... More
