A gorgeous club with a never ending array of sights and activities. The service is impeccable, the menu is delectable and if you don't visit this is one time you'll regret not doing so.

Several years ago a friend and I had the chance to play this exclusive private club [ a business associate of my friend who lived in Washington state but maintained a home in Palm Desert]. after playing the first 18 hole course and stopping for drinks the member asked if we would like to play 'a few' holes on the... Had the opportunity to not only play both courses, but to dine in it's numerous restaurants over a several day period. Wonderfully maintained course, and great meals, including both breakfast, lunch and of course dinner. While it's very expensive, there is value. If you have the opportunity to visit, do not pass on the experience.

Sad to say you have to know some one to get on Big Horn. This is one of the most exclusive clubs I've ever played! Both the Mountain and the Canyon courses are too beautiful to imagine. The Mountain course is not only beautiful but it can break your heart with in an instance. The Canyon course is subtle. It... More

If you can keep your mind on golf and maintain your focus, good luck. The scenery is absolutely fantastic, the golf course is a beast. Did not dislike anything.

If you have a chance to play one or both of these golf courses, you won't be disappointed. If you become a member, be sure to grab a calendar because you'll need to keep track of all the events, parties and activities during the season and even during the summer. Bighorn has it all...golf, tennis, spa, casual and formal dining,... More

Bighorn is the most immaculate golf course I have ever played. I played the Canyon's course, there is also another course (Mountain I think) that I did not play. The thing I liked about it most is that good shots are rewarded. Very similar to Pine Valley in that regard. If you play well, you can score very well. I... More

Beautiful courses, top notch facility and staff. Private course so you need a member to golf with. Excellent food and beverage service.

I felt the stores were a bit pricey but it is still fun to look...and dream! Very pretty part of Palm Desert and good restaurants too. Plan to spend a few hours to see it all and plan a lunch too.

It isn't open to the public, so if you have a friend that's a resident and they invite you for lunch or for a game, go!! They are the most beautiful grounds in the entire Coachella valley.
