This is a very good golf complex. Both courses are fun and scenic. The staff is friendly. We started on time and our round on a Saturday took less than 4.5 hours. One feature I appreciated were several water/ice stations on the course. One nit - at $75 the cost of rental clubs is too high, even with the two... More

This was a highlight years ago and we wanted to come back as due to twilight we were unable to finish the course. It was as good as we remember it. Great condition of the course and the food and service were also as good as I remembered in the clubhouse. Just love driving into this resort.

Great golf courses (firecliff in particular), phenomenal food services, great pro shop and decent rates for top class golf. Decent practice facilities. Conditioning is always A+ and they offer decent packages......hard to beat.

This was our first visit to this golf course. It is in great condition compared to a few others played earlier in the week and also more expensive. The course is a bit more difficult as well and the views are spectacular.

Both courses at Desert Willow, Fire Cliff and Mountain View, are spectacular and challenging in a beautiful desert setting with skirted palms and occasional wildlife. GPS included on the carts. Delicious dining on the patio, with views of course, if you'd rather watch than play. Fully-stocked pro shop with great service.

Not being golfers,we went with friends to have lunch at the club, we assumed the food would be mediocre at best. What a surprise! The menu was varied and the choices we made were delicious. They have a fairly good variety of beer on tap. A lunch for two, including a beer each, with tip, was $50. The view from... More

We played in November. The weather was perfect sunshine and high 70s low 80s. The course was in very good condition. Be sure to check with any course you want to play in the Palm Springs area this time of year. Many of the courses seem to conduct their overseeding procedures this time of the year. It’s important to know... More

Maybe due to recent overseeding the greens were pretty slow and bumpy but it was still a fun course to play. Wide fairways made the slope come in around 128 but a large number of traps kept it challenging. I'd rate this higher with faster greens.

We have come back to this course for 5 years. We own a time share with SPG that is walking distance to the course. The course is always groomed so well and is not too hard to play. The ponds are full of great birds, the desert landscape is so well maintained. The views of the mountain are beautiful. The... More
