I went here with my girlfriend. There are 3 pools at the JW Marriott in Desert Springs. Those are filled with children. The Spa pool is 18 years and over, and 84 degrees, and salt-water. It is soothing, relaxing, warm, sunny and then you have the men and women sections. Two steam rooms, a sauna and a jacuzzi. It is... More

Good spa with all the necessaries. Locker rooms are spacious and plenty of products for guest use. if you have a treatment you can have use of the spa for the day. As we were unable to make use on the day of treatment they gave us credit for another day.

As someone who loves to go to the spa on vacation, I was disappointed with this experience. People were talking on their phones, snoring loudly in the waiting area, and the service at the Lunch Bistro was not good at all. The treatment was ok but a really greasy lotion was used so I had to wash it off afterwards.... More

My husband and I always make this our first activity when visiting Palm Desert. The facials and other treatments are tailored to your specific needs, the facilities are great, and the steam/sauna/ tropical rainforest showers are fun. The outdoor saltwater pool and spa is a relaxing adults only haven from the high energy family pools at the resort.

I'm not much of a massage guy, but had my face worked on while my wife did. This is a great place. Very friendly, spotless, and well organized. My facial was perfect in every way. The facility had everything, coed lounge, male and female lounges, steams of different intensity and a private spa pool that you can stay in all... More

I have a spa day every time I am I the desert and I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the Marriott Facility. The staff are professional and friendly and I heard that some have worked there for over 20 years! I had Cindy for a massage today and she was very skilled and found all the areas that... More

I was lucky to have received a gift certificate for a day at the spa while we were in Palm Desert and boy, what a spa this is! The grounds of the Marriott as you drive up are stunning and the minute you walk into the spa you are transformed into another world. The locker rooms are beautiful and have... More

Great facilities (outdoor pool, in and out hot tubs, 3 types of saunas) but nothing special in terms of amenities and small touches. had expected more. Had a great massage but disappointing foot treatment. Service provider, who had been there for decades, didn't appear to have any formal training or proper technique. Could be a very good service but was... More

The spa at Desert Springs is beautiful, with many services from the usual massage, facial and nail, as well as a workout room, steam and dry sauna, and a nice cafe. What puts this spa above so many others is the skill of their therapists. I had a Deep Tissue massage that was the best ever. Without nary a word... More
