This is by far the best Spa we have ever been to! (I have been to many). From the moment you arrive, the staff is wonderful, and they really go out of the way to make you feel relaxed. They provide everything you may need from plenty of towels to nice robes to shower shoes etc. The locker rooms are... More

living in the desert we frequent our local spa's for facials, massages and body treatments. by far the Spa at Marriott's Desert Springs is our favorite. from the moment of check in you feel the tension leave your body. Our recent visit we did our usual JW Signature facial which is the best; total cleansing and hydration; I tried the... More

With a large array of menu items to choose from, my husband & I both decided to get the Spa's signature treatment the "Desert Journey". The staff were all very efficient and accommodating, and both our massages were excellent. The Spa ambiance is extremely relaxing, with a good selection of steam/sauna/whirlpool choices. The outdoor pool has a lovely view of... More

Spa check-in was quick and efficient. All the staff was extremely pleasant. The facilities are spacious, well-maintained, and beautiful. There are both men's and women's lounges, and a co-ed lounge as well. The fitness center at the spa is spacious and clean. The spa pool area was quiet and had plenty of seating. It is definitely worth visiting during your... More

I went here with my girlfriend. There are 3 pools at the JW Marriott in Desert Springs. Those are filled with children. The Spa pool is 18 years and over, and 84 degrees, and salt-water. It is soothing, relaxing, warm, sunny and then you have the men and women sections. Two steam rooms, a sauna and a jacuzzi. It is... More

Good spa with all the necessaries. Locker rooms are spacious and plenty of products for guest use. if you have a treatment you can have use of the spa for the day. As we were unable to make use on the day of treatment they gave us credit for another day.

As someone who loves to go to the spa on vacation, I was disappointed with this experience. People were talking on their phones, snoring loudly in the waiting area, and the service at the Lunch Bistro was not good at all. The treatment was ok but a really greasy lotion was used so I had to wash it off afterwards.... More

My husband and I always make this our first activity when visiting Palm Desert. The facials and other treatments are tailored to your specific needs, the facilities are great, and the steam/sauna/ tropical rainforest showers are fun. The outdoor saltwater pool and spa is a relaxing adults only haven from the high energy family pools at the resort.
