We loved this place, the 2 bed villa is fantastic, the kitchen particularly impressive. We went oput of season (late Sept) and the weather was great, and the golf relatively good value as well. The pools were very nice, and grounds are immaculately kept. We enjoyed it so much we're already booked to go back

My family and I had gone there for thanksgiving. We had stayed in a 2 bedroom big villa for 4 days. It was very convince.two bathrooms and kitchen with everything that might be needed for a short stay. Our villa had view to lake and gulf court and every morning I woke up with ducks that was swimming in lake... More

My husband is an avid golfer and is continually trying to improve his game. In doing so, has attended various golf schools. After 62 years of playing golf, he attended Mike Ellis' academy at Shadow Ridge. His program, if not the best, was one of the best he has ever experienced. His hands on individual instruction was spot on, and... More

It was in great shape, well managed and friendly staff. As is with all golf courses in Palm Desert in the winter, the price can get somewhat expensive. It is worth it. $130 high time for owners. Played with a jr. 1/2 off full boat ($165)

The villas are large with all the facilities you would wish for, The staff are above average. The scenery is just great. And to top if off all the villas look out onto a Nick Faldo designed golf course.

I would give this course a solid 5 stars to anyone who doesn't mind spending a few bucks for a great course. Yeah, it's a tough track, but there aren't too many forced carries so you can mostly avoid disaster. There are probably fewer than 10 nicer courses in the Coachela Valley so you can't go wrong if you want... More

The Shadow Ridge Golf Club course designed by Nick Faldo is one of the best golf courses in the Coachella Valley, and perhaps one of the top five daily fee courses. The course has a challenging design with some angles and elevations to consider, along with water hazards and driving distances to cover fairway bunkers. There are four sets of... More

It's in great shape. As a resort course, its friendly to all. It's not going to punish you and good shots are well rewarded. This time of year thru April is terrific down here.
